I was terrified to have to seek out a divorce lawyer. This guy is one of a kind. He doesn't treat you like the loser you feel like. He really cares and works diligently to help you get what you're entitled to. He's not cheap----but you will soon realize you are paying for top notch legal care and he actually seems to care about your case. He is so down to earth that when i first met him and he introduced himself as bob while shredding paper, i thought he was like an office helper. This guy will fight for you--and he will tell you straight up what's right and what's wrong.. Literally everything he predicted would happen with my case has happened almost to the dollar. And he handles crazy cases like same sex marriage and fights for the underdog. He also is not focused on payment; he literally undercharged me a couple of times that I wrote him long emails rambling on. I don't trust anyone but this guy is something special. anyone that can deal with the stress of divorce and how it devastates some of us is amazing. He tells it like it is.

Susan is more than an attorney! She cares for us, personally! Susan has been our attorney during some parenting time negotiations that started out simple and eventually became very complicated and difficult to negotiate. She is VERY knowledgeable, well-respected in the courts, and a tough negotiator for our concerns.

I hired Mr. Mindin because my ex refused to return our son after spending 3 weeks of August in a different state with him. Mr. Mindin filed an emergency order and got in front of a judge that same week. He was ordered to return the children back to my custody. Diana is not only great attorney, but also makes very wise moves in terms of painting crystal clear to the Judge, and court authorities. I have found her when I was hopeless, and I have been literally desperate to find a right, knowledgeable Counselor who addresses my issues. Angelina provided excellent counsel during my divorce proceedings. She discussed and reviewed all of my options in great detail, which was especially important to me regarding placement of my children. I especially apprecaited that she presented all options, with the pros and cons and likelyhood of success, without leading in me in one direction or another. I appreciated having the information to make the decision instead of having it made for me. It left me with the confidence that I chose the best available path forward.
In writing the agreement, she anticipated a number of areas that needed to be covered in the agreement that later proved to be critical.
In addition, her billing was very fair and accurate. Although I was the plaintiff and she did most of the work (initial complaint, wrote entire agreement and entered the order) her bill was smaller than my ex-wife's attorney's bill, which represented only a fraction of the effort of Angelina's work.
Lastly, going through a divorce, especially with small children involved, can be very emotional. She dealt well with my occasional emotion state by acknowledging my concerns and then calmly discussing the path forward.

Angelina worked with me on a relocation case for nearly a year. I had never been charged with a violent crime and with very little evidence to back me up he was able to walk me through all the possible outcomes during consultation, we settled on a fair price, he was extremely professional and took the time to hear all my concerns and look over all my evidence and talk to everyone he needed to and then some. Andrew is an extremely effective attorney. I started out with a different attorney for my difficult child custody case. I did not feel that my prior attorney had my best interest in mind and was doing only the bare minimum in preparing my case. I decided to seek other representation.
I hired Andrew very late in the process, with my TPA hearing only 2 weeks away. Andrew was able to put together a very solid and sensible case based on the facts, far superior to what was done previously for me.
Right away, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way Andrew was handling and preparing my case, compared to my previous attorney. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Andrew got up to speed and reviewed/prepared all of the evidence in such a short amount of time. He is organized and stays on top of everything. In addition, he made himself very available to me, whether it was just questions I had, or any concerns or updates that I needed to know. He continued to work diligently throughout the entire weekend prior to my hearing.
Andrew has a unique ability to look at the facts, makes sense of your case, and then present them in a very intelligent and articulate way. Andrew is the entire reason I now have joint custody of my 4-month-old son and that he is being returned to his home state.
I am immensely grateful to Andrew for his hard work in fighting for my rights as a father. I absolutely recommend Andrew as an attorney. My only regret is that I did not find Andrew initially. Andrew has been a huge blessing and supporter in my case! I spoke to him in a consultation a couple of months prior to my separation and he took his time and listened and took notes of everything that I said to him. After speaking with him, I knew immediately that he was who I wanted to represent me if I needed him ( I had spoken to 3 other attorneys prior to meeting Andrew). Shortly after my separation, I had papers served to me from my ex to try and get full custody of our daughter. I was devastated, hurt and in disbelief that my ex would ever do something like this. Aaron helped me with my contentious divorce. He communicated regularly with me, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He didn't mind explaining things and answered all of my questions in detail.
Unfortunately, we had to go to trial (not at all his fault, the ex refused to negotiate a settlement) but Aaron did a great job for me. He was very calm and sure, and presented my case very well before the judge. In the end, I was awarded almost everything we asked for.

Sean Aiello worked with our attorney Brad Carter in representing my son.
Sean has a very pleasant way about him and it is easy to feel comfortable in his presence.
Their diligence and dedication to represent my son is what we received from their team. We never saw the hours spent preparing for court appearances nor the times spent speaking with the plaintiff’s attorneys; yet, we know all this was instrumental in negotiating the favorable outcome in the Civil Lawsuit against my son.
It took two years for the case to be settled in our favor.
Sean’s assistance in this case for my son was due to his and Brad’s expertise in law, research, skilled collaboration and attention to detail were sure components to him being able to deliver the best solution possible for my son. He was not the lead attorney but whenever we met with them, it was obvious he was an intricate part of the process in turning this in my son’s favor. They were prompt in relaying information regarding any new developments and any court related issues.
The day we met to retain Brad Carter and Sean was a very dark day for us. It was like walking in the dark; groping for a glimmer of light and direction out of this deep hole my son had fallen in. In his sympathetic way, we got that glimmer of light we had hoped for; though he laid out the worst case scenario, we felt confident that we had been led to the right place. We were not made any promises, but that they team would represent my son with the goal of getting the best result.
When people come to an attorney seeking counsel, the response of that attorney should be as reassuring as possible that he/she is on their team. We were not given false hope. Yet, we felt some relieve knowing that Sean Aiello and Brad Carter would be doing everything they could to represent my son well.
I close adding, they not only represented my son in such an excellent way that leaves us feeling forever grateful , but they also represented their profession and their law firm to a high level of honor. I admire and think highly of these two men knowing that though they may have had some personal reservations regarding some of the details in the case, it never hindered their acts of professionalism.
I pray that, I nor any of my family will ever have a need to be represented in a court of law again; but should I ever know of someone who does, I think I could honestly refer them to Sean Aiello.

Mr. Hall was one of the few divorce attorneys who politely answered every question I had during our conversation over the phone. He was concise, and more importantly not once was he condescending like many of the other attorneys I contacted previously.
When he said he would take care of something, he did, without issues or giving me the run around. I would receive a prompt updates regarding the status and what to expect moving forward.

Matt Loftus is one of the most honest and trustworthy attorneys I have done business with. He is highly knowledgable in several areas and if he doesn't know the answer to one of my questions he finds one thru a colleague or by other means of measure. I can’t say enough about Atty. Loftus. I’m a retired paralegal who has dealt with many lawyers, and can honestly say that a majority of them have issues with returning calls, overbilling, and being lax in handing cases. Expecting that I would have to deal with this when the need arose to hire an attorney for a personal legal matter that I couldn’t handle on my own, I was truly surprised to find that Atty. I hired Lindsay for a divorce case, and a protective order case. I was in a really bad place when I came to Lindsay I was fighting false allegations of family abuse. She was able to help me through my divorce retaining my visitation rights and got the protective order dismissed. This was the most difficult experience of my life but Judith Bryant and her team made me feel empowered throughout the divorce proceedings and helped me to understand the new bright future that lied ahead. If you are reading this review you have possibly found yourself distressed over many complex issues and should consult an attorney. In the meantime I write this to bring calm, relief and to ensure you there is light. I found myself in days past that were very dark and I interviewed numerous attorneys searching for a glimmer while contemplating a multi-decade marriage on the fast track to divorce.
From A to Z I searched, even the firms that boast of protecting men's rights, and others that offer ridiculously low cost while they file paperwork and leave it up to oneself to build, advocate or even defend their own case, but after meeting Judith I knew she was the attorney that could reclaim my life and shine light back on my future. From day one, Judith was able to put my chaotic situation into clear perspective and drew up an aggressive plan, in an easy to understand format, while assuring me I would one day wake from this dark nightmare. Initially and very confused, I imagined a standard or routine divorce where two people fell out of love, split what they acquired together and went their separate ways peacefully. Is there such a thing?
I still can't answer that and not quite sure I want to test a second go of it.

I would highly recommend Linda Kerns and I do regularly to friends and colleagues. I have used Linda's services on several occasions but most recently with help purchasing a house.
