My firm hired Jake when one of our clients wired funds to a scammer in a wire fraud situation. I found him after searching the internet most of the night and determined that he might be the guy that I was looking for to help us. When money is wired to a fraudster the likely-hood of recovery goes down by the hour, knowing this, I called Jake before he was out of bed, leaving him a message. He returned my call within 15 minutes, and I began explaining our situation to him, to say that he hit the ground running would be an understatement. He didn't talk about fees or payment, that was not his concern, he was interested in helping us and knew what needed to be done and fast. After gathering the needed information from me, in an efficient manner, he quickly got in touch with our client and started working his connections from his time in government to halt the further transfer of money. He had people assisting him at the every level of government including the secret service, he was focused on doing whatever it took to get our money back and he knew that certain people had better odds of assisting in that outcome. At the end of a long and stressful day, Jake called and informed me that the 109k would be returned to our client in the next couple of days. I am 100% certain that without his help, the result would have been different. Your situation, may differ from what we used Jake for, however it would be difficult for me to believe that Jake's strategy development, sharp decision making, connections combined with his willingness to take action quickly would not be the type of attributes that solve most problems.

Kristin was incredibly thorough with all information and documentation for my separation. She made sure that I understood everything that I was agreeing to, and made sure that she had all the necessary facts. She also helped me keep perspective while going through such an emotional event. There were times that my emotions made me want to ask for things out of spite from my ex-husband, and she was always very calm and clear about what was fair, realistic, and financially worth fighting for, without letting my husband or his attorney take advantage of me. I can honestly say she made the entire experience as pleasant as it could possibly be - some days I think she made as great a therapist as an attorney! I trust her implicitly, and I know that at all times she was looking out for my best interests, not just hers. Of course, results also speak volumes about an attorney's abilities and I can say that at the end of the proceedings I left my marriage with full ownership of the house, all savings accounts, retirement accounts, a paid-off car, and our dogs. In the end, I felt that the final agreement was more than fair in my favor, and that is due entirely to Kristin. Recently, I found myself needing to find an attorney. I did not know where to look. I was very frustrated and sad and scared because I could not find anybody. I barely even knew what I was looking for, but I had an opportunity come up for my children and I couldn’t let it pass so after a ton of phone calls and a ton of hopeless answers, I just prayed And somebody that I had called referred me to Mr. Haggerty. I have yet to be disappointed. He has 100% had my back charged me a very fair amount of money when I had other attorneys telling me that I had to pay with a credit card just to talk on the phone , Mr. Haggerty, I hope gets some of the best karma in life because he truly deserves from the moment I called his office, I am immediately was transferred to him.
