Mr Simms has been helpful, up front and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. I hired Malcolm For my case and I couldn't ask for a more personable, professional, and experienced attorney. Consultated with Mike about 5 years ago about being wronged by DCS here in Tucson, AZ. He decided this was a legitimate case of judicial deception and my civil rights were revoked in the actual removal of my child. Some legal questions arose during a conversation with a potential client for my small company. I needed the opinion and legal advice from an employment and labor attorney, but the thing is that I needed those in a timely manner for me to attend another meeting with the potential client the next day, with enough knowledge on how to proceed with certain contracts. Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

I certainly would and have recommended Mr Hawkins services. I recently got a dui in the state of SC. I had seen Mr Hawkins on the local news about a large case he had and decided to give him a call. It was after hours so I left a message. I was promptly back the next morning. He told me that although he didn't have a lot of experience at the time and DUI cases he would certainly help me out by taking the case. After going over everything that happened with him in his office he asked me to give him some time to contact the solicitor and subpoena some information. After doing so he got back in touch with me and we went forward with our case. It seemed that he had good relations with the opposing party and I truly think that helped a lot. We eventually got my case dropped to a reckless driving which certainly was better than a DUI. As I said earlier I would certainly recommend Joshua Hawkins to anyone who needed his service. Not too long ago, some of the businesses in my community had barriers in their facilities which excluded people, like myself, with disabilities (mobility impairments) from accessing goods and services.
