I was originally appointed to Mr. Ketner and he ended up being the best if not one of the best lawyers I've had the pleasure to deal with and of course to represent me. I had been dealing with this particular case for over a year before I met Travis, once he took over he kept me well informed of my rights and my options in the case.. Two months later case was closed!!!
I hired Travis for a separate case, 5 months later he got the case dismissed!!!

I went to speak to Mr. Guillory regarding a DWI that I received about 1 month prior to going in to his office. Once we started taking, I mentioned that I was involved in a horrible custody fight. I didn't realize that Josh handled child custody issues, too. I thought it was two totally different areas of the law, but he explained how much the DWI case could impact my custody case. I am so glad that I went with Josh Guillory for both cases. He and his staff really got me through a very tough period. My criminal charges were handled very much to my satisfaction, better than I ever hoped under my circumstances. My son and I have the best relationship that we have had to date. MCV personnel are polite, courtesy, knowledge and efficient.
First used them in 2010 when applying for disability. They accomplished it on first try. Most recently used them on a worker's comp case. They got me a reversal from 2 denials to have a total knee replacement redone.

I was badly injured and hospitalized two years ago, which shortly after leaving the military (12 years of active duty). We were confused and worried with what steps needed to be taken to ensure I was taken care of (medically, financially and legally). We sought out a few local lawyers, met with each to get a feel for who had the most concern for my case. By concern I mean genuine care of my well being both then when it happened and for future need. Mike and his staff by far exceeded not only every other consult, by my personal desires for what I wanted in an attorney. He was patient, sincere, kind, knowledgeable of exactly what was going on and what to expect - during the initial consult and throughout our entire time together as client and attorney. His demeanor was calm yet businesslike, confident yet controlled, concerned and professional.

I hired Jeremy after I was being mistreated by my attorney at Bogarez law firm
They scammed me into so many contracts and I googled great lawyers in nyc and Jeremy’s name came up. Jeremy had always been great with communication via email and phone. A lot of attorneys don’t speak to their clients but instead allow you to speak to their paralegals, well not Jeremy. I would first like to note that my case was lengthy and tedious. He took a chance on me when the outcome wasn’t guaranteed. I have to say that my experience with Jayla was great. I started off with two misdemeanors, both of them for assault. She did an awesome job the whole time and was able to get the first case dismissed altogether, the second one she managed to settle with no jail time and just a minimal amount in court fees. She was very responsive and worked extremely hard to get both cases handled. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Great service, great communication, very well prepared, and came to a resolution that was very satisfactory. Her fee was very reasonable and the value provided was above and beyond.

Michael was extremely helpful to me in navigating my severance package when I was terminated from my employment. I was overwhelmed with many feelings over the termination. Scott was recommended to me by a friend of mine to handle an employment discrimination case. He was considerate and timely in his responses, and he took the time to explain the legal system to me. He also explained potential pitfalls with my case and ways to address them. I have never been in a lawsuit before this, but he showed exceptional patience with my questions, and answered them fully. My case was difficult due to the other parties lawyers acting unprofessionally, but Scott helped me keep my cool when I was getting fed up with the other lawyers. From the beginning he told me that it could be difficult and also set reasonable expectations about what a fair settlement amount would be. I trusted his judgement and it paid off in the end.

I was at my "wit's end" after 16 months with the legal system having charged me with 4 criminal counts. I contacted Counts Law Group on Friday for HELP and Cynthia Counts agreed to meet with me on Saturday at 10:30 (Father's Day Weekend w/Family visiting) to evaluate my case. Come early Monday morning Cynthia and Family were siting on a Court room bench with me.
She had taken a Good part of her Father's Day Weekend to prepare my case before the court and traveled two hours "early thirty" Monday to have the court to acknowledge her as my co-counsel and at noon to present a motion to dismiss all 4 charges. Because of her arguments before the court, ALL 4 charges were later dismissed! If the legal system had more Cynthia Counts, those condensing "lawyer" jokes would most likely disappear! Bottom Line - 16 Months of sleepless nights vs. a weekend

I was served in April '14 in GA; this was the only time I have been sued. It was a terribly stressful time because I was struggling to make ends meet and with two small babies in diapers, my wife and I did not know where to turn for help. I asked the lawyer of a colleague if he knew a good attorney to help me in a defamation lawsuit. Without any hesitation, he emphatically told me, “Cynthia Counts is the best there is for that type of case”. The fact that my colleague’s lawyer knew of Cynthia and was so adamant in stating her abilities immediately gave me confidence because the referring lawyer is a criminal defense attorney whose clientele and case load are in a different realm of law than what my case was, yet he knew of Cynthia Counts and her abilities.
I immediately called Ms. Counts and let her know who referred me to her. We agreed to have an initial consultation to discuss the case. Not having any previous experience in legal matters, I was concerned about being kept in the loop and having a comprehensive understanding of what was taking place, as I tend to be somewhat of a micro-manager, which is a difficult thing to be in a subject for which I had no formal training. It became apparent to me immediately that there was an added benefit when I learned that Ms. Counts is an adjunct professor, as she was able to frame things for me in an easy-to-understand context. Her teaching experience was also an added benefit because when I expressed my desire to be able to assist in my own defense, she gladly provided me the opportunity and gave me specific research assignments and tasks to be performed in order to help myself. She would then take the time to explain the results, meaning and impact of my research while all the time continuously teaching me and citing other precedents and GA case law concerning defamation and Free Speech. She also provided an in-depth and invaluable education in Georgia’s Anti-SLAPP legislation, background and intent.
Furthermore, once we entered the courtroom for the first time and found out that the Plaintiff’s attorney steered the intended purpose of the initial hearing from evidentiary to something else, I got to see what Ms. Counts was really made of. She basically walked into an ambush on that first day in court and we were not prepared at all for where the first day lead us because it was supposed to be an evidentiary hearing that ended up being bifurcated, for which the first part was never disclosed in advance by the Counsel for Plaintiff but for which he was fully prepared. So we started our first day in court with the deck stacked against us, but in the end it did not matter because Ms. Counts knew the law.
Because of her vast knowledge and depth of understanding of Georgia law, Federal law, Constitutional Law and her intimate familiarity with the Georgia Anti-SLAPP statute and precedents, she was able to successfully ward off the attack by Counsel for Plaintiff not only that day but two days later when we continued. Her courtroom delivery over those two days resulted in turning an ambush, and potential disaster, into the Judge issuing an order that protected my speech and resulted in Plaintiff’s immediate dismissal of the case.
Throughout all phases of the case, Ms. Counts was always available either in person or via proxy through one of her diligent and well-written associates. Even when time constraints and schedule conflicts would have prevented other people from making time to talk, she was available and responsive through holidays, weekends, as well as nights. She is passionate about her work, knowledgeable about the law and is one of few that still believes in the truth above all else. If you are being sued for defamation or other alleged First Amendment violations and you were right and you were just in your actions, Cynthia Counts is the lawyer for you.

Cynthia worked on my trial on false criminal charges that stemmed from a civil rights violation. She has demonstrated a thorough and in-depth knowledge of First Amendment and other constitutional and civil rights case decisions and a willingness to think outside the box. I consider her to be a first-rate attorney, especially for media and free speech matters.
When questioning one of the witnesses at my trial, Cynthia was matter-of-fact, calm, and professional in working inconsistencies out of the witness. When writing motions, she cited an extensive case law history that applied to my specific case - demonstrating to me that she works hard on her cases.

Dan was extremely successful in helping us in mediation with our school district. We have a son with special needs that was not being serviced appropriately in district. I had an existing business contract that was between family members and non family members.Original contract was kind of thrown together quickly without council and in doing so problems soon arose. With having family members being involved on both sides feelings and emotions can become an issue if not careful. Cynthia recognized this from the onset and carefully walked us through the entire restructuring process where in the end both sides were satisfied. I was accused of DUI and two counts of assault on an officer and my lawyer sent me a letter asking to talk about my case I went to the consultations i told my side an he read the reports and went from there and questioned each officer in front of the judge all the lies that were told on me and I was dismissed on all charges.eventually sued for excessive force and won.

I was getting nowhere trying to fight my case in the system myself. Workers comp and social security. Then came rondi. She is very knowledgeable in all sides of the system. She is very sweet and personable and truly cares about the right thing but she also met any controversy during my case head on and with complete confidence.
