Client reviews was how I found and decided to retain Bradley Bayan, so it seems only fitting that I contribute one to help others who are also struggling to find an amazing family law attorney. I approached Bradley with a case that has a long and complicated history and messy through no fault of my own, and in distress due to my ex's continued malicious antics. He was able to quickly decipher the facts of my case and start fighting hard for me. He is available and supportive, flexible and kind; highly skilled and experienced to say the least. It was easy to tell that he is gifted in dealing with narcissists and their enabling attorneys and quickly shut down nonsense and helped the court focus on the core issues based upon facts and history, complete with results on obtaining a ruling accordingly. His hard work enabled me to breathe easier following years of needless conflict and stress, and I truly could not recommend any other attorney more confidently. You have to be very talented and experienced to serve clients within the family court system; Bradley has all of that and more. We are blessed with a daughter who has special needs so we were so pleased to learn she is very knowledgeable regarding and creating a special needs trust, as our daugther is our only child there was a lot of information Prachi needed to review and guide us through. We had an existing Estate plan but with our children now married and 4 grandchildren, it was time for a review. Prachi was recommended to us by our financial planner. After meeting with her and looking over our existing plan, she pointed out a few areas that should be updated and improved to make things easier for our kids. This was very important to us. I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

I randomly met him as I was sizing him up as one of my next customers as I am in sales and I had just knocked on his door to pitch and sale him new replacement Windows for his entire home.
