Initially Mr. O'Mara was contacted by myself regarding a collection notice I had received. I wanted to validate the charges and stop the calls while resolving this matter. He gave me advice how to handle the harassment while he reviewed my documents. My daughter was injured at a home improvement store when she was around 10. We held off on settling with the company (under the advice of a different lawyer) as my daughter was taking dance lessons. If we settled at the time of the incident, and something happened to my daughter during dance, we would not be able to blame it on the original incident as the preceding cause of her injuries. So we waited until my daughter was older. Because of the type of injury my daughter received, even though it wasn't severe, she was traumatized enough to cause a series of events to occur for almost 12 years. There were periods of slight depression, anorexia, stomach issues, and unwillingness of going to school. We touched base with the same lawyer over the years, and were advised that my daughter could hold off until she was 17-18 since the accident happened when she was a minor. So we did. Once the end was near for being able to go after the company, we were referred to Sean for assistance. He reviewed my daughter's case, and accepted the challenge to help my daughter. After a couple of months of going between my daughter, and the company where she was injured at, a settlement was reached. My daughter received her payment, using it to purchase her own vehicle, pay the registration/licensing fees, and settle her boarding fees for her horse she got as a gift from family. If it wasn't for Sean, his ambition to help, and his knowledge of cases like my daughter, she would still be hesitant on doing things, because no one else wanted to help her with what happened that day, thinking it wasn't a big deal. But to my daughter, it was a big deal, and Sean believed so too when he met her for the first time. And to this day, 2-3 years after he took on my daughter's case, she still contacts him to say thank you for believing in her.

If you have credit disputes, and debit collectors harassing you , call Mr. Bingham . I hired Mr.Bingham to represent my case with regards to a credit dispute , and we won. Steve Connor recently defended my business partner and me against a breech of fiduciary duty suit that dragged on for two-plus years. I hired Stephen Connor to represent me in a disability lawsuit against a Labor Union and an employer. The first thing that impressed me about Steve was before he agreed to represent me he asked me what my expectations were and told me what to expect through this process.
1. That the process would probably take up to two years.
2. That I most likely would not become rich and be able to retire if we won my case.
3. That if we won I would probably receive some lost wages and benefits and get my job back.
That was more than I was expecting so if it worked out that way it would be a bonus.
From the beginning Steve and his partner Anne-Marie saved my case when I ignored his advice and made some decisions on my own without consulting him. Steve was able to guide my case through the EEOC process and file the request for a lawsuit. Steve was very good at explaining what was going to happen and how long it would be for a response from the defendants. throughout this process Steve, his legal team and I spent more and more time communicating. When Steve was unavailable in court or on another case I was able to contact his partner or associates and he would get back to me right away.
I had learned the hard way at the beginning of this process to listen to Steve's advice and trust his experience and it paid off very well in the end. A few times when I felt like giving up after multiple delays Steve would tell me to be patient and stick to our plan. That we were doing well, that the defendants were counting on wearing me down and trying to frustrate me and convince me to give up.
Steve was a tough negotiator and very thorough and effective through disclosures and depositions. He advised me several times that we were not ready to compromise yet, that we had more work to do and we were still making progress. At this point we had a few tense showdowns with the defendants and in the end the agreed to settle my case.
There is one more example I want to share of Stephen Connors professionalism and integrity. The fee agreement between Steve and myself had some specific language which because of the way it was written enabled me to avoid paying several thousands of dollars worth of fees on a technicality. I had no idea this was the case until Steve pointed it out to me. I told Steve that I appreciated his honesty and that I would be happy to pay the extra fee. Without his help I would have ended up with nothing.
Professionalism, integrity, expertise, experience and tenacity from Steven Connor, Anne-Marie Sargent and their associates are what enabled me to settle my lawsuit in a very satisfactory manner and to return to my job after more than three years. Without the help of Steven Connor and the firm of Connor and Sargent I would have ended up with nothing and my future and that of my family would have been changed forever.

I recently had an issue with my insurance company not wanting to pay an auto claim. It was a complicated case that involved bad faith on the part of the insurance company. We had hired Jason to represent us after being rear ended December 2019, my husband ended up with a severe whiplash and several bulging and herniated disk throughout his spine, he needed surgery to repair the major injuries in his neck. Jason Whittemore represented me for a wrongful bankruptcy dispute that required IRS tax knowledge and a substantial amount of money I owed to the IRS among several other complications. Michael Molland has represented Citizens Advocating for Roblar Rural Quality (CARRQ) for several years in our fight to prevent the development of a gravel mine in rural west Petaluma. As an all-volunteer neighborhood group, CARRQ took on the uphill battle against the project developer and the County of Sonoma to stop the project, but it was not until Michael stepped in to help us that we were able to achieve any success at all. Michael took our case because he believed in our cause and wanted to help us make a difference in our community. Ms. Bronson handled my very contentious divorce and custody case. The day after I first met with her, she got me an order removing my abusive husband from our home! She also got a court order so he wouldn't keep harassing me and the kids. He tried to get sole custody. Three court hearings later, the judge gave custody to me and gave him every other weekend as I requested. Also Bronson discovered that my ex had two bank accounts in two different banks that I knew nothing about - he claimed the money was his and he did not have to split it. My attorney got copies of the bank records and showed his attorney that it all first came from his pay check and it didn't matter that the money was in his name only. Bronson made repeated demands to my Ex's attorney to settle it out of court - I would have agreed to a lot less than half of the $345k that Bronson told me was half mine. We ended up fighting over it and a lot more in court. My attorney did a fantastic job proving my case. She is eloquent and gifted in the art of persuasion. Also, she used a life size white cardboard exhibit that had a diagram showing how the money got to the accounts with his name only. She argued that he intentionally hid the money and that he, not me, should have to pa y my attorney's fees. The Court agreed. If you need an attorney, I would highly recommend Martha ... Not only is she an amazing attorney, but you certainly do not want this spit fire of an attorney on the other side of your case.

I hired Attorney Arellano after being sued by another person who claimed that I owed her money. This allegation was not true and there was absolutely no paperwork to show I borrowed any money.
