Meggin is a confident, knowledgeable, and highly conscientious attorney. She is extremely empathetic, left no detail unattended to, and was incredibly responsive. She also did whatever she possibly could to make the entire process as painless as possible. I would highly recommend her.

Meggin was both knowledgeable and compassionate during my difficult divorce. She responded quickly to my questions, kept me informed during the entire process and did her best to keep my expenses at a minimum for the the nine months of the ordeal. Her kindness is much appreciated and her expertise made it so that my priorities in the divorce were achieved to the best extent possible. She is a good person and a good lawyer.

I don’t recommend this attorney to anyone! She has show to manipulate and be dishonest to my and my family. There are better attorneys out there that can help u with out hurting u in the end. Megan is not a good attorney and has shown not to be a good person to help people. She will tell in her response all this is not true but of course she will say that to save ur business so take my word and go to the next attorney not here there is a lot more and a lot better

Meggin is absolutely FANTASTIC! I have been in and out of court with my son's father for over 4 years. Cleary we have tried every class, mediation and other options. I interviewed over 20 attorneys for representation and Meggin was literally the only one I felt actually cared about my son. I choose to retain her and we won EVERYTHING I asked for. A full sweep in the court room and she tore apart every lie and position he tried to take. She was able to show the judge his true colors and make sure I was able to give my son the life he deserves. I am eternally grateful her help! She was efficient, effective with her time and my money. She truly cared about my son and his future. She was worth every penny and even more affordable than a lot of the other attorney's I meet with. SHE IS AN AMAZING LAWYER!!!!! My first time going through my custody battle for my son was an awful experience. When I had to go back I found Meggin Rutherford. She was absolutely amazing. I have not met a lawyer who was as honest and upfront as she was. She was always very responsive when ever I had questions or concerns. She talked me through everything and made sure I understood what was happening and that I was ok with it. She never pushed me to go into a direction I was not comfortable with. She was absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her to everyone I know.

Both my son and I admire Meggin to the moon and back. I would gladly give her name for other potential clients. We met Meggin in and around 2012 to help us in getting custody for my granddaughter from a mother who knew the law and had been in prison twice. She also had a judge on her side. Meggin worked her fanny off to fight and yes it seemed like the courts would never end but they did and we finally WON in 2014! Through our trial my son eventually had to sit back and let Meggin take control. When you help the attorney they are more likely to give you the best job, but if you constantly interrupt them and tell them they are not doing a good job than one only makes them selves out to be naive and should probably research all they can on their type of case. Than you know what is expected. All I can say is listen to your attorney they just might have the answer you are looking for. Blessings to a great law firm!

We contracted with Meggin Rutherford in the middle of a contentious divorce. It took very little time for Meggin to get up to speed on all of the issues and she was able to help us with numerous problems that were caused by the previous attorney. She was always able to answer our questions and spend as much time with us as was needed and counsel us on various issues. She always had a firm grasp on all of the issues.
