I was faced with a very difficult situation, I was looking for a lawyer to represent me, I read reviews upon reviews on many law firms and I decided to go with the Kalamaya Goscha law firm, In particular I worked with Michael Fox. This gentleman handled my case with professionalism, he heard me out, and helped me reach a very desirable conclusion in my case. I could not be any more pleased with my result. If I am ever in need of lawyer to represent me again, I can say with the utmost confidence I would hire him again. I could not thank him enough. When I first began the process of my divorce I called several law firms, none of whom were nearly as responsive as Kalamaya Goscha who immediately connected me with Georgina Melbye. Two years ago I was injured by another skier who fell on top of me while getting off a ski lift. As the Statue of Limitation approached recently and the Insurance Company continued to drag their feet in making a reasonable settlement offer for my injuries, I contacted Michael Fox after searching the internet for a local attorney familiar with ski injury cases. Michael was extremely compassionate and helpful in assisting a 73 year old skier (me) navigate the process of preparing to file a civil action just in the last few days before the Statue Limitation to preserve my claim His "presence" in my preparing of my final assertions with the Insurance Company resulted in receiving a suitable last-minute settlement offer. Michael invested 2-3 hours of his time over a few days to discuss my injury, my treatment, my prognosis suggestions for my case, and the process required to file a civil complaint at Summit County Court. He was truly an Angel provided by Almighty God to help me out of a tight spot. .And he would not accept any money from me for his help. Michael's actions were indeed a perfect example of the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Michael, thank you so much for your kindness. Michael did an excellent job working on my case. He was sufficient in having charges dropped and representing me in court. He was able to obtain a more than reasonable deal for me. I can’t thank him enough. 10/10 recommend.

Michael Fox did everything he said he would do during our consultation- he successfully got the DA to quash a 5 year old warrant, was eloquent and competent in his delivery of my case to the judge, resulting in a sentence of a short probation period (could’ve been A LOT worse), and provided me with direction necessary to reinstate my drivers license.
