So, while I am satisfied with my lawyer John O’Grady the other part of the firm is lacking. So I agreed to a settlement almost 3 months ago. Last Tuesday they sent me the memorandum with the break down of the costs. Well back in November I was set to take a deposition. So the day of the deposition everyone was there on zoom except for My Lawyer. So they had to cancel it. I called and talked to a senior attorney and he assured me that I would not be charged for that missed deposition. So fast forward I accepted a settlement offer on February 24. So it has been almost 2 months. Now last Tuesday they sent me a memorandum for me to sign that breaks down the charges that are coming out of the settlement. I review them and notice that there are 3 charges for this one company.,I talk to Mr. O’Grady and sure enough one of the charges was for the canceled deposition. So Mr O’Grady said he would get it removed. Now the account department is holding up me getting the new documents to sign. So I can get my check. I talked to a different senior attorney today and he did not want to help. He only said that it has been submitted and that is the process. Everyone else has gotten paid except the client that they are supposed to help. Nobody has any answers. It is like the accounting department has control over everyone. I know in my company if I go say I need someone paid out and that I explained what happened they would take care me of the client right away. So now we I am at the mercy of the accounting department because they do not listen to the lawyers.

This law firm is terrible they don’t care about their clients and you will definitely feel that if you choose to have them represent you. They constantly change your personal attorney, they don’t check up on your of have any attention to detail they constantly talk about their own personal issues with you as if you don’t have enough to deal with and they will steal your money when your settlement is ready not to mention they don’t return calls it’s like you have to hunt someone down in order for you to talk to them. I was told I would receive between 45-48k after my 100k policy was met by the insurance company not only did I I not receive that I was told I would be paid 32k and on the date of the check being issued to as informed I would receive 26k on a 100k settlement. The firm received 30k from my settlement and I was paid less than that. Do not have them represent you, they’re a complete fraud and disappointment.

I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case. Carly was very informative and helpful. I would do business with them again and highly recommend this firm.

There's this Internet thing that asks folks to describe their home State without using it's actual name... Coloradoans responded..1)"Where towards the mountains is an acceptable direction;" 2) "Mile 'high' *cough*... ;" and 3) "If you're ever hurt in an accident, call the Strong Arm." Everyone I met after my car accident -- doctors, nurses, hotel ." staff, Airbnb hosts, etc (and family/friends too) all half jokingly but with a certain twinkle in their eye asked, "soooo did get to call the Strong Arm?" It was kinda fun replying "well yes...yes, I did. And I have an amazing attorney! No...not Frank Azar... My attorney is Erica Vecchio. She's been at Azar for a long time, and definitely knows her $#!+ My accident sucked. It happened 3 days before I was leaving on a month long trip. The week earlier I moved out of my place, put my things in storage and was camping with friends. Went to the grocery store and on the way back to the campsite....bam. Next thing I know I'm in an ambulance being transferred from Salida to the Colorado Springs. 10 days in the hospital. 5 hours of surgery for my shattered heel + 5 cracked ribs + fractured sternum. No "home" to go to when I was discharged...scared as anyone could be. My attorney Erica Vecchio -- she made me feel better. I was frantically constantly worried. Stressed. Scared it would take forever to get a settlement from the other drivers insurance company. I was just like my accident.... A total WRECK!! Maybe if I had waited it out longer I could've gotten more money in my settlement, but not much more. (I did my Googling and learned all auto accidents in Colorado and elsewhere. I'm pretty confident that I was at the top, or very close to the most I could get for my injuries.) There's plenty of unsympathetic attorneys who would've encouraged me to do just that -- wait it out. Erica Vecchio (and everyone at Azar & Associates) completely understood my unique situation. They helped me get a settlement offer, a check, and actual money in my bank less than 8 months from the date of my accident, and just 2 months after I finished physical therapy! If you want an attorney, and an entire experienced team of professionals who will listen, explain your options and understand your situation (even when you don't).... Then you definitely should "call the Strong Arm."
