From the very start I was impressed with the way they listened to my needs and they followed through on everything we discussed. I am not the easiest person to deal with especially in this situation. Good and easy experience

I don't know about the firm overall, but my lawyer Joshua Hotchkiss did a great job. He clearly explained things to me every step of the way, always took time to answer my questions, really empathized with me while also providing a basis for realistic expectations, and consistently offered options for my choice without pushing me toward one direction or another. His frank and personable style also put me at ease. While I know I was paying for a service, it really felt like he was on my side, which was a great support while trying to take on the other insurance company. I'm grateful I got to work with Josh.
