I was assigned Patti messer to/my case. I will definitely recommend Frank Azar & Assos., and especially Patty to anyone who needs a lawyer. I have nothing/but admiration for Patti and the hard work that she did on my behalf.

Awful!!! Do not call them. They have zero follow through. Make you feel like you are an inconvenience. DO NOT CALL FRANK AZAR!!! Update still wouldn't reccomend them for anything! They have you sign the documents so they can talk to your doctor directly, however they don't. I had to call them again to get an update, at this time they said they need a letter from the doctor and cannot proceed without it. However I have to request for the doctor to send it so they can review with their doctor. Cannot wait for this to be done. They have absolutely made an already bad situation horrible!!!!

I will never be duped by this law office again, the first lawyer quit or was fired. The second lawyer, returned calls, and emails when it was convenient. After 10 months I was offered less then 10,000. Once they found out we were rear ended by senior, and they had AARP. They pretty told us, th max payout by his insurance company would be. They pretty much dropped the ball. In the future I will never use this law office if I could give 0 stars I would have

Was very responsive to my communications. Took care of my case in as timely a manner as possible. I will recommend their services to any friends and family that need representation.

Waste of time they screw with you want you to take fault for something that wasn't your fault they deny you when you ask questions regarding your case
