My attorney was most informative regarding details of the overall process of my case as well as being available to communicate via email if I didn’t happen to be available by phone or unable to come to the office. He was confident, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process.

If there is any legal work to be done this is not the law firm to use. They do not want any case that us not a slam dunk, no court necessary, type of case. Besides that I have been told by a reliable news source that Frank Azar is a pretty disgusting individual. It is amazing hiw much spending a lot of money on advertising covers up a persons incompetence. Be warned about this clown masquerading as "The Strong Arm".

Just another corporate office that does not care about the small guy they rejected me probably because it was a small accident and they weren’t going to get money out of it it’s all about the money that they can make and not about the justice they should provide you

Almost 4 years ago I was in a head on collision and had to have major internal surgery. I called this company and they said that they can't help me cause I didn't have uninsured motorist coverage. The other driver passed away and the only way someone would help me is if I paid to go after the family. I will be going on my 3rd surgery here soon and its all due to my accident that wasn't my fault. Being a single mom its rough on them when i'm not able to do things because i'm in too much pain. Horrible company!

Franklin D Azar and his team of intake lawyers are full of expletives. After being in a car wreck where she was rear ended in a (4) car collision, my wife was told that she Did Not have a case. She is now going through physical therapy and suffers most days. Fortunately we have found a reputable personal injury law firm that welcomed her case and we have moved forward. Franklin D Azar and his staff are nothing short of over hyped ambulance chasers. They cherry pick cases that have minimum footwork. They told her that she Did Not have a case...that was asinine. Horrible law firm. Bar none. Period.

Only looking for easy money. Ambulance chasers. If you actually need a lawyer who's willing to fight, don't waste your time. They literally had me tell them everything on 2 different instances regarding my cases and decided they were too much work and turned me down. Both times I have had companies out right asking to be sued to be able to do right by me and they told me they could not help me and that they can't even tell me what type of lawyer to call or why they won't take my cases. I believe it is either because they would actually have to work to get paid or they represent the parties involved and were just pumping me for information.
