Lawyers and paralegals are rude, don't return calls and if you call them they hung up on you. Worse service ever,they don't care how hurt you are unless it gives them money. All the commercials are lies.

Throughout the process of resolving my case, my attorney Travis Young, provided sound legal advice and clearly explained the steps throughout the process until its final conclusion. The only critique I have, is that there were periods of time I wasn't contacted in regards to the status of my case. If anything I would suggest that F.D. Azar implement a proactive requirement that clients are contacted periodically. The intent would be to reassure them that action is being taken, but has been delayed by unforeseen reasons. In my case, having to wait an inordinate amount of time for the Veterans Administration to respond to medical records requests. To clarify the incident I was involved in, I was involved in a car accident in July 2015. I contacted F.D. Azar in August 2015 shortly after I was approached by the other driver's insurance company. It wasn't until this month September 2018, 3-years later, that a final resolution was obtained. It was 3 years of stress and frustration that took a toll on both myself and family. Hind-sight being 20/20 I would not go through the process again, regardless of the financial settlement obtained. My advice to all is that they should remember that the legal process has ever been referred to as efficient and/or expedient. Once again, my attorney Travis Young, helped guide me throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs sound and honest legal advice.
