I called to ask a quick question and was fortunate enough to get Alicia Martin who is on the Client Team. She was very patient and understanding, all the while knowing I was not committing to using a lawyer, just yet. I am using a mediator for a legal separation, for the time being. However, Alicia was so informative and compassionate, if I end up needing to use a lawyer, this firm is who I will be going with. Alicia represents your firm and if she’s any indication of the competence of this group then you need to know what a difference the right person representing your firm, in any capacity, can make. I’m all about customer service. I have had a couple of consultations with other firms just in case I need to go the lawyer route and I’m very picky.
