When you call this team everyone is so kind and caring and they want to get you set up with the right person. The whole team at Jones Law Firm is a godsend. I was scheduled for a phone conference with David Collins this mornings...the Century Link service evaporated and I had no way to communicate...went to the neighbors and used their phone and spoke with Madelene , so was so helpful and best of all...calm. She lined me up for the conference tomorrow.
