If you need help with collections, Heidi Patton is the person that can take care of this for you! We've been working with Heidi for 4 years now and any time we need help collecting an outstanding amount, she is there to help. She will take on small or large businesses and she gets results fast! The staff was very kind and very compassionate, and Jason Aldridge was very helpful assisting me with all of my questions and concerns.. I was just so confused on how to handle my accident and and they gave me all the info I needed to handle the incident myself.

Jason Aldridge, Neil Solomon, Elecia Wilson, and Sanjuanita Gonzalez all worked on my case. I am very pleased with the input of each person, their professionalism, hard work, and the refreshing positive attitude amongst the staff.
Jason has an impressive work ethic, he worked with my busy schedule and explained every minute detail of my case. Neil made sure I was comfortable with each process and decision that was made. Thank you Elecia for making me laugh when things got emotional for me. Sanjuanita, thank you for all the back-end work that made it all a success. You all rock!

Incredibly rude man just called my workplace in Canada, lied to me about why he was calling and then refused to answer any of my questions. We do not owe any money and we are not using you to collect any money.

Brian had contacted me a few times about collections. I had one invoice I had been working on for a while and the company who owed me told me I was going to get a check. When I didn't I called Brian back.
I got the paperwork to sign from Brian after I left the office, so he called Monday and said his guys were already on it and had been in contact with the company that owed me. I felt relieved and went ahead and signed the paperwork. After it was signed Brian said a check was on the way and to let him know when it arrived. Turns out the company had cut a check the day before I contacted Brian and they told them that when they called.
However, Brian forgot to mention that when he called about me signing his paperwork. He just pushed to have it signed. I said something about the check date when it arrived the next day and was told that since I signed the paperwork I owed them. I am so frustrated with myself for ever involving Brian or his company when I did all of the work and just got tired and gave up in time for them to make 1 freaking phone call.
How deceitful when they told him before I even signed his paperwork and he knowingly chose to keep that information to himself. I would say stay far away from this company and Brian Lauro.

no professionalism at all. calls my office and when I'm not in they hang up on my employees. I called back to report the rude salespeople and the receptionist laughed and hung up. What a joke. Losers

Ed helped draft an operating agreement, bylaws, and helped me start my business. He pays attention to detail and is attentive to my needs as a client when it comes to understanding what the process is like and what options are available. He sets and meets deadlines without running around. His knowledge and organization helped my business partner and I make the rights decisions. Personally, he is also very friendly, talkative, and will listen to you. Professionally, he knows the answers, and if he doesn't, he figures them out.

Rude, unprofessional, liars. I answered and entertained a telemarket phone call. During the phone call I clearly and specifically said do not collect from my customer, do not bother my customer, I am not hiring you. Today, the next day I have received 6 pushy phone calls of how they are going after and collecting from my customer. They are making up scenarios, making up words, being rude, pushy and extremely unprofessional. They continue to call and yell, disagree with us, forcing us to proceed with this collection that we did not order, we did not hire them.

Quick solution for Long Term Problems. I also like the laid back Texas style more than others Collections people. I want my Customers to feel respected and not insulted by the process. Tom Nelson was very helpful.
