Worst company. I worked there and they make you do your sales pitch until the client hangs up. How humiliating. Needless to say they never collected one collection. The good review they have is from there own companies address.

Tucker, Albin & Assoc has been calling our company for years. They call asking for my boss. Most of the guys that call are nasty(Today was a man named Rick) and act like they know him. Since I can usually snuff out a sales call from a mile away, they never get to speak to my boss. We would never use this company in a million years. TIP: If you leave them on hold for long enough(only about 30 secs), they will hang up:)

Please never use these guys. They will call you forever nagging you instead of the person they are suppose to collect from. It also take a certain mentality to be a collection agent.

I don't have any problem with sales professionals because I have been one for 20 years, HOWEVER don't be a slimy sales person. We get bombarded with collections and funding solicitations. Joe called our office and asked for "Victoria". I knew it was probably a sales call so I tried to prescreen and asked him if it was funding related, he said "No ma'am, I'm with T&A Construction." I interrupted my boss in an interview thinking it was a client of hers. Tucker Albin & Associates, I PROMISE YOU, we will never use your agency for collections.

My company retained Shawn McClintock and Tucker Albin to collect a 3 year old account that we thought was unretainable. We were in complete shock when we received the call that we were we going to be paid. We we’re paid in a matter of days. These guys are great and they always keep me updated. Thank you!

I would like to share my review with regards to the Zinda Law Group. I contacted them a few months ago about a motor vehicle accident I had while traveling through the Texas area more than 8 months ago. Jason Aldridge was the attorney who returned my call and handled my claim. I must say I'm very glad I chose him to handle my case. He and his team were EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ,professional, confident, and quick to get the seemingly impossible done. He handled it with such grace and confidence without arrogance.
