Mike Milazzo was so amazing to work with! We were pretty clueless and inexperienced when it came to legal issues of any kind and needed help with filing a small claims case. He listened to our issue, helped us decide if small claims was the best route and then guided us through every step of the process. He provided us with great resources to reference and was available and happy to answer our many questions. He literally guided us through our entire case- sending forms as we would need them, explaining them thoroughly, reviewing our work and explaining how to submit them. He checked on us before each step, walked us through different outcomes we could expect to see, and then followed up afterwards which was so appreciated. I have a group legal plan through my employer and really didn't expect a lot of personal attention when I reached out to Flatiron Legal Advisors for help with some serious issues my family was having with an unreliable contractor. Attorney Mike Milazzo contacted us soon after we requested assistance, and he spent over an hour on the phone with me getting the details of our issue, he came up with a plan for us to get resolution to the problems. Over the course of a few months, Mike spent hours on the phone with us in subsequent calls, about our strategy and the options available to us. The first time I spoke with him, my case was not his specialty but he spoke in great length to me about contract law anyway, was very knowledgeable and informative. At the end of our discussion, he referred me to another Flatiron attorney AND followed up a few days later to make sure I was taken care of. A few months later, I hired him for another matter, and he did a fantastic job obtaining 100% of what I was seeking.
