He was very knowledgeable about the contract involved and covered my options in thorough detail, answering my questions along the way. If I need further legal assistance, I will use Flatiron Legal Advisors. Thanks Dave! --- Update: It turns out that my matter ended up being more complicated and I needed additional legal assistance. Fortunately, I again had a great experience with Flatiron Legal Advisors, and my attorney, Chelsea Thomas. She explained the best way to proceed towards a resolution and answered numerous questions over several discussions. I followed her guidance and was able to recover the earnest money that was being disputed in its entirety. One thing I liked was that she explained the expense of taking different approaches and thus saving me a lot of money in the process. Thanks Chelsea!

I was working with Ruth Summers. She was inexperienced, unprofessional, and only doing contract work. It took over 2 weeks to get a response so I decided to use a different law firm. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

He listened to me to gather facts/information through a call and respond in a timely manner through email, which worked well for me because of my busy schedule at work. I am a MetLife legal client and absolutely worth it. My issue with my apartment is resolved. And I would never hesitate to call Brian in case I need his service in the future.

Pretty disappointing experience. Was looking for help with a dispute with my landlord. They requested details from me, which I provided, and then weeks went by with no communication. I finally reached back out, and it turns out they had forgotten about my case and hadn’t been working on it at all. Once they finally did begin work on my case, they largely shrugged their shoulders and claimed there was nothing they could do. No options, no sense of advocacy. Made me feel like I was wasting their time and I was on my own. The whole interaction felt incredibly patronizing. I recommend you go elsewhere for legal services.
