Jason was beyond nice and went out of his way to answer my questions and give me peace of mind. Took his time with me and answered my concerns

Lovel Toxic did a great job of defending me against a roommate who put a restraining order on me over a bunch of lies. He was able to placate the crazy lady as much as could be without making the conditions of me reclaiming my stuff so restrictive that I couldn’t comply with it. Before I went to court I felt like the judge was taking the crazy lady’s side. But I think he presented me well enough that the judge was willing to give me the opportunity to make that restraining order temporary, only until I got my stuff out. Without him, I think the Judge would have just judged me, and maybe kept it permanent, which would have cost me clients.

I really can’t say enough good things about Jason Savela. Right from the get go he told me my charges were BS, told me he would work for and take nothing less than full dismissal and that’s exactly what happened. Honestly it was pretty amazing what he and his team found through investigation and with talking to people. Jason didn’t settle with the difficult Boulder DA and clearly was never intimidated. He always had the upper hand and assured me we would win. Before I knew of Jason Savela, I was told he was THE best in Boulder County. Having him as my lawyer, watching him dig deep to expose the accuser, presenting it all to the DA and never backing down, I can’t imagine anyone doing it better. He literally saved my future.
