Eric Sims proved to the court that our Granddaughter has been a part of our lives since the day she was born. And that we are an important part of that child's life. We lost her mom to cancer 4 years ago and last year our Gdaughters father remarried a narcissistic woman with much baggage. She stopped all visitation with our now 10 year old Gdaughter not just with us but everyone who is related or friends with our deceased daughter. We just enjoyed our first weekend visit with our Gdaughter. Thank you so much Eric, You Rock!

I found myself in a bit of a predicament requiring the services of a criminal defense attorney. On the recommendation of close friend of mine who was a former colleague of Mr. Sims, we met for a consultation. Right away I could tell he was professional and knew what he was doing. This put me at ease with my whole situation. I was not as confident with previous attorneys I had used in the past. In the middle of that case, I happened to pick up another. As soon as he found out he met with me at the jail and we soon saw the judge together. If you've ever been in a similar situation you know the uneasy feeling and uncertainty of it all, but having Eric there with me on the stand was very relieving, knowing he was on my side and knowing I was in good hands. Thankfully the second case was dropped and the first was then settled with favorable results thanks to Eric's expertise. All in all I would highly recommend Eric Sims Jr to anyone in need of an attorney and would not hesitate to hire him again if I ever find myself in need of his services. In addition to the excellent service and professionalism, he is very reasonably priced.

I hate to be the voice of dissent in all these 5- Star reviews, but I would NOT use them again. My situation was I was simply looking at modifying my maintenance payments. I was there in the spring, and meet briefly with an attorney ($100) who told me it was worth crunching some numbers to see if it was worth pursuing. I first decided to (foolishly) work with my ex-wife to see if we could do it without lawyers. I returned in the fall to work with the firm and explained I simply wanted to try and see if it was worth pursuing and just wanted to crunch some numbers, and hoped it would only cost a 1/3rd or less of my retainer ($1800). She said she didn't think it could be done at that original first meeting, but didn't think it would take much to just crunch numbers. The exact words she used were "It would be malpractice if we didn't." $1600 (so far, I'm sure there will be more to come) later, and 2 emails that went without a response, I find out it's NOT worth pursuing. I feel there was a massive communication breakdown, and I did not get even close to what I asked for. I'm so mad, hurt, and now broke due to this firm. I was broke when I walked in, which is WHY I walked in. I would make sure to read everything they give you VERY carefully and make sure you're SUPER clear on what you hope to achieve with this firm, because in my opinion, they were poor communicators, that left me in a deeper hole than I was in when I walked through the door.

I would say that Sarah was hands down the most helpful person I could have found. Her and the expert staff at this law firm helped me settle my case and kept me from making terrible choices. The time I get with my child, because of them.is priceless.

Sarah did a great job. She successfully resolved a custody issue for me and she was able to keep us out of court. I very much recommend her to anyone.

Sarah has done a great job during the course of my custody battle. We still have the hearing left, but I have no doubts that Sarah will put the same effort forward during court that she has during the months leading up to it.

At times I have questions and she has answers she always returns my phone calls.It has been very stressful at times and Sarah makes things seem better.
