Excellent Attorney. Mr. Kendall is very professional and straight forward. He personally responds to his clients without the need for going through a layer of claims processors. He assisted me with a VA claim when I needed an attorney to help with an appeal and my appeal ended up being completely successful. I highly recommend him and his law firm.

While I do get it, they are purely financial driven the site is misleading. It should start out with a bold clause citing, "we really don't care about veterans, or you specifically", however, "if believe your claim is lucrative enough to warrant a conversation, we will look into your case". It's hilarious that he cares so little he canceled the 15-minute discovery phone call with a shitty explanation. He cares so little he couldn't even entertain a conversation that might have yielded a favorable result or even a more positive feedback.

Sean kept up the good work and managed to secure TDIU for me. I wouldn't have gotten it without the help of him and his team.

My husband hired Sean Kendall Law Office, to represent him in September 2023, prior to his transition (service-connected COPD & asthma), in January 2024. My husband and one of Sean Kendall's attorneys, Megan Kondrachuk (very professional and responsive, btw), filed an appeal, with the VA, for a higher-level review, for disability back pay, dating back nearly a decade. By July of 2024, my husband's claim for back pay was granted and the money was in my account within 48 hours! Through Sean Kendall's firm, working with Attorney, Megan Kondrachuk, I was also granted FULL DIC benefits (and DIC back pay), on behalf of my husband's status as War-time Veteran with 100% total and disabling, service-connected disability and related passing.
