When I first filed my claim with VA I was under the delusion that I was smart enough to file the paperwork and everything would be wonderful. After all VA has a duty to assist. There are so many way that went wrong. After seeing my frustration friend told me about Kendall Law and his great experience,with them, so I contacted them. I had the pleasure of dealing with Megan K. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and understanding. When it came to my case there were at least 4 higher level reviews filed, because VA didn't follow that duty to assist real well. When the finial decision came down in my favor I figured the next battle would be on the effective date. Nope, already taken care of. If you have ever been in a car accident you know you want the best attorney you can find, because you are a fool to try to go up against an insurance on your own. So why would you not do the same when dealing with VA? Some will say you can do it on your own and not give up any part of your claim for the fees. I can honestly say you will loose out on what you could have had, and with great lawyers on your side like those at Kendall Law, you don't have to put up with the stress and aggravation. In my case the percentage they received was worth every penny it cost me. Kendall Law fought long and hard to get me everything they could which was more than I could have gotten without them. I was referred to Tim Franklin in 2017 to help me with my appeal meeting at the BVA in Washington DC. I could not ask for better representation. Tim was successful in my rating be increased from 10% to 60% then 70%. Tim applied for TDIU and after being denied went to Court and was successful again in getting me granted TDIU. I tried for several years to get my COPD service-connected due to agent orange exposure and continued to be turned down. After the VA gave me a 70%rating for PTSD and reduced it to 40% in the same paperwork, Sean got them to re-instate it to 70% and approve my other denials which in turn resulted in 100% TDIU!
