I hired Barre to handle a DUI situation I am ashamed to admit I ran into. Since day one he handled the situation incredibly well. I am from Wichita, KS, so we had the extra hurdle of me being over 8 hours away. Not only did he do his best to keep my trips to boulder to a minimum, but he treated me like a normal person, and was constantly courteous. He would consistently keep me up to date and inform me of my options and situation. Barre would always make sure I completely and thoroughly understood what was going on in the process of the whole affair. The advice and level of professionalism I received from Barre and his office was top notch. My entire family was impressed, including my father, an attorney himself. Hopefully no one else I know ever needs an attorney for a similar situation like mine, but if they do, I definitely know where to send them.

I commissioned Barre to process my divorce. He spent over an hour in a free divorce consultation. Fantastic informational and guidance. My ex and I wanted an amiable divorce, and he provided names of like minded lawyers to represent her. However, she went with a different lawyer and things went bad quick. My ex fired one lawyer, found another, and exploded with emotion and investigations simply to drive up the cost and intimidation. Barre and Amy were extremely responsive and level headed during what became a long, highly charged, and emotional process. Barre prepared us for court while cutting through their emotion to get to resolution. He responded to calls and emails on weekends and well after business hours. At decision points, he advised me on impact, cost, and risk. My highest recommendation.
