James helped me out with a particularly difficult situation... one that became stickier as it went along. Even when the complication popped up, James was steadfast in his insistence that the law can help to remedy situations. I would definitely trust him again when dealing with real estate law.

James came to the rescue when I needed him. He is very knowledgable about the real estate market and helped me remedy a situation I encountered when trying to buy a home. Would highly recommend him for legal council. I like him so much, I'll find additional ways to work with him in the future. James was extremely helpful to me in my off market real estate deal. He guided me through the entire process and was always extremely responsive to my questions as I went through the stressful process of purchasing the home. However, what I think I like best about James was his experience in these deals, so when I ran into problems that normally my real estate agent would have helped talk me through (non legal matters) he was always spot on and helped me get through it. Things such as the issues in the inspection process or loan process. My specific issue was getting the loan approved quicker. He explained to me how the entire loan process works, so I was far more educated when speaking with my loan officer to get the entire process handled in a timely manner.

James/Jim was a great resource in dealing with a rather complicated commercial lease dispute involving 3 parties one of which a Franchise. He's attentive, quick, and concise. His etiquette is spot on delivering messages you want to convey. Translations from legal to English is great. Overall would recommend as a solid resource in real estate matters.
