I had a very positive experience working with David M. Petrush on a real estate matter. A friend had recommended the firm to me, and I would also highly recommend both the firm and David. He was knowledgable and personable, providing options, guidance, and expertise for how to navigate the issue. David was responsive and ensured everything was taken care of in the best way possible.

This is an awful firm to work with. They charge exorbitant fees. Use junior lawyers who are unqualified, have poor communication skills and take two days to respond to client requests. They charged us close to $6,000 for an eviction. Beware of this firm. I do not recommend and am pulling my three properties that are currently with them.

I chose Gregg as my attorney for my divorce case and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Any one that has to deal with the divorce process usually comes in stressed and in fear of what might happen. With Gregg as my attorney I realized that he made me feel confident in the decisions being made through his thorough and reassuring help. Gregg's impeccable knowledge of the laws and persistence at every step made me realize that I could not have picked a better attorney. Gregg never made me feel alone in this process even though I came into this being lied to, threatened and silenced for 20 years. He made me realize that my voice and opinions mattered and treated me with so much kindness and respect that I will never forget that. In life there are certain people you will meet and never forget or those that can change your life; Gregg is that person. He changed my life, and made me realize that there are honest, compassionate and kind people out there. While that might sound a bit dramatic- it is the honest truth. Gregg always astounded me with his knowledge, the ability to cite past court cases off the top of his head, and amazing composure during hearings. Every hearing we had I became more aware of how meticulous and knowledgeable Gregg was and I was beyond proud to have him by my side. Gregg is the best choice for anyone who has to go through this process. He worked harder than any person I know, and gave up family time to walk me through every step and issue more times than I can count. For those of you going through this process I would 100% recommend Gregg, and I will never change that. He is by far the best, and anyone will see that early on! Thank you, Gregg!

I feel fortunate to have worked with Jeff Glotzer and his paralegal, Alyssa Colwell at Frascona Joiner Goodman & Greenstein PC. They came to my aid in a difficult situation and were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I found Cinthia Manzano to be very methodological, kind, and a great strategist. Her and her firm Frascona, Joiner, and Greenstein are in my opinion the sharpest arrow in my quiver. Great peace of mind have smart people behind you!

Their supposed paralegal, Ashley, ruined my experience with the firm. I've worked with over 8 law firms in the past, and I've never had one that was as impatient and rude as what i experienced with them. I won't be returning nor suggesting them to anyone, solely due to my bad experience with who i belito be their paralegal , Ashley.

I live in Pennsylvania and needed the assistance and advice of a Colorado attorney for a real estate transaction. The transaction was in process with about 2 weeks before a closing. I searched for attorneys on the internet and I came across an article written a few years ago by MIchael A. Smeenk, Esq. of the FJG&G law firm in Boulder. I sent him a email with a summary of my issue and was hoping for a reply, but I wasn’t holding my breath. The morning after sending the email I had a response from Michael. His response was assuring and directed me to his assistant Jennifer. Within two days I had answers to my concerns and documents would be in prepared accordingly. My working career consisted of 40 years as a partner in a small CPA firm and I know the importance of being responsive to client needs. I have to say that Michael and Jennifer worked with me on my small project as if it was the most important project in their office. If I ever need legal services again in Colorado I would not hesitate for a moment to reach out to Michael, and highly recommend his services.

Unfortunately, I didn't feel we were dealing with people who were experts in land use matters. The "solution" they offered didn't work, and indicated they didn't really understand the issue. I understand that sometimes there *isn't* a solution, but in later speaking with a consultant who truly understands Boulder County land use issues, I realized that I got little of value from working with Frascona.

I was involved in a mechanic's lien case against one of my investment properties, I hired Jesse Witt to represent, the lien was dismissed shortly after. Highly recommend him or the entire Frascona law firm, the experience, knowledge and level of communication, was a pleasure to deal with.
