John Goodman assisted a client of mine as they worked through a complicated real estate transaction. Everyone was working on executing a contract that didn't follow the regular guidelines. The Buyers, who I represented, were from outside of the United States. Their system of buying property is very different than ours, as well as the languages. John worked diligently on communicating with the Buyers as well as helping them find the best resolution for the issues.
