JB is an excellent lawyer and a compassionate person. She helped me through one of the most difficult times I have faced and I am grateful for her professionalism and support. I never plan on needing a defense attorney again, however, JB is my backup plan for friends, family, or the unforseen. Thank you JB!

My experience with Ms. Katz was so pathetically bad that I have boycotted the city of Breckenridge since the day I left in October 2000. Her seat on the Town Council directly resulted in a conflict of interest in my case and the final outcome of my case in particular causing me undue pain and suffering legally, emotionally and financially for years. So when I was reading of her own legal wranglings in Summit County I hoped she got better representation and situation than I received from her! Yes that was several years back and I have grown exponentially since then, with a strong sense of redemption and forgiveness because that situation (should not have ever happened, firstly) caused me great and undue suffering for years after. So if you get a choice between court appointed representation and her, go with the court appointment. She gets one star.

I have been involved in a legal situation regarding my daughter and paternity fraud by other people. I have been dealing with Summit County courts for 7 years all in an effort for me to be in my child’s life. I hired JB as legal counsel for a criminal case I was faced with, and although Im in a heated situation, JB has done a good job of sorting it out to a point of reason. I’m not totally happy with the Summit County Court system, whether they want to admit it or not, the authorities have exasperated the circumstances. I have been fighting back for over 2 years now, and I have received some justice, but I am far from content with these circumstances. JB is very knowledgeable and has good connections in Summit County, but that is a double sided coin in that area. I will say that she has gone above and beyond post settlement to try and genuinely help me through my circumstances. She told me I could call her with concerns, and she has made actionable efforts to help me move forward with my goals. Overall I’m satisfied. I think JB is a good lawyer and has great respect. I just wish the overall community in Summit County would work to become more trustworthy to the community they represent. Im not the only one who has had an awful experience just living in summit county.

I had such a great experience working with Kylie. She is thorough in her work, cares about her clients, and always readily available to answer any questions one might have. I would recommend Kylie to anybody!
