I would highly recommend Kylie Whittaker as a criminal attorney. She represented me in a case in Breckenridge, Colorado and was able to get three out of the four charges against me dropped. Not only that, but she was able to negotiate a minimal probationary period for me as well. I found Ehren Penix after an extremely frustrating attempt at a Quiet Title Action with another law firm in Colorado. At that point I was trying to work with the previous landowner to go through a Probate Action to clear up an unfortunate title issue with a property in Park County that she recently sold to me. Mr. Penix was professional and extremely helpful, getting the previous owner and me through to the goal of a clean title. After my rough start to clean up a title that I originally thought I had free-and-clear, it was great to finally get resolution.
