received inital notice 02/22 to contact them regarding a case for an estate. multiple calls to them with nothing . The few times they did call they put off my questions. It is now 09/22 and still no answers. need a better way to communicate

When reading reviews, you can almost always tell if someone didn’t like the outcome of their case or if they owe the attorney money. Ms. Tolison represented me in a child support matter on two separate occasions and it was always with the utmost professionalism and sincere concern for my case. Documents to be filed with the court were reviewed, corrected and edited several times, making sure everything was exactly right. I appreciated that and my case file will no doubt reflect that. We want to let everyone know how wonderful Katie Tolison and all of her staff are. We had the most horrific case anyone could ever imagine. Katie and her team handled our case with the highest professionalism all the while showing us kindness and compassion. Katie met every deadline on time and was always very prepared. I really don't know how she did it so well with us, every time she talked to me I was in tears, she somehow got the information she needed to prepare all the while tenderly taking care.
