I met with Katie a year ago after my boys came to me with a serious issue regarding parenting time. Katie took my concerns very seriously and directed me to seek protection for my boys. Zach was then assigned to me to handle our case. All I can say is, thank God Zach had a plan, understood my frustrations, my anxiety, my concerns for my boys, and once I understood the plan, things just fell into place and Zach's best interest and concern for my boys prevailed. He was attentive, willing to listen, responded promptly, and his paralegal, Carla is the best. She always had an ear to lend, reassurance, and was just as concerned. Katie stayed in the loop which also was reassuring and as stressful as this was, I feel we had good representation and the best interest of the boys. Thanks again, Zach, Katie, and Carla!

We hired Mr. Daigle to assist with some custody issues. We paid over $10,000 and ended up filling out the final parenting plan ourselves. This should have been handled much better. When in court or on the phone conferences with the judge he didn’t even speak up or voice our concerns.

All I can say is, thank God for Zach. Zach had a plan and once I understood the plan, things fell into place. Zach had the best interest of my boys, was very professional, and understood my frustration, my anxiety, and was always attentive to my concerns. He was quick to respond, took into account my financial status being a single mom, and didn't string things out for an unnecessary amount of time. Zach was definitely the reassurance when I couldn't see any end in sight and we couldn't be happier with our outcome. Would recommend Zach!

Katie and her team were awesome! Despite me having them join the party late they got right to business in my defense. She was upfront and honest about what we can avoid to save me money if possible. She told me what was beneficial and what wasn't. Furthermore, I was forced to drop council to pay marital bills (which she advised) as a benefit to all parties. Then offered guidance as a more cost effective option. Even after Katie called me the morning prior to a hearing as a courteous human being and directed me on what was immediately required for the hearing. She even went so far as to edit my response, file with the courts which I had no way of doing and suggested that she would only bill me an hour to prepare it. This is a huge testament to the overall integrity and professionalism of the practice which is hard to find in any profession. Thanks!

Working with Zachary and Carla on my custody case was fantastic! I got everything I wanted and more as far as my court orders went. It was worth every penny! I highly recomend this law firm, especially for dads that need help fighting for custody of their children! Thanks again guys!!

Don't be fooled by the fancy advertising. This law firm does not know what they are doing when it comes to complicated estates. Ms. Williams is nice but not knowledgeable. And communication was next to nothing for the 3 months that I needed her to move on creditors. She did not know the difference between a CPA and a registered tax accountant. She referred me to her own connections, not the specialized people I needed. Then when I pushed her to work and communicate better, she quit. I am on to a better attorney and have made more progress in 1 month than I did in the entire 5 months with Ms. Williams. Yes, these are nice people. If you want "nice," go here. But if you want results in a professional manner, go elsewhere.
