Casey and her team did an incredible job in guiding us through the overwhelming task of preparing our wills and getting our affairs in order. The process was manageable thanks to how the information was presented - small bites at a time. It made us answer and consider some tough questions but now that we're finished, we are confident that our children will be cared for and our assets managed appropriately. And as our situation changes over time, we know we'll be able to easily make adjustments. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing solid advice (and encouragement) in preparing for end of life arrangements.

Zachary helped me through a very long and tough divorce case. He was knowledgeable, and helped answer all of the questions I had along the way. Zach and his team were great in getting me through this process. I was so lost on where to even begin but wanted the assurance that my child was safe. They took care of everything and answered my questions efficiently. They were usually always available whenever I called and needed advice. They were also great in helping me figure out my finances through the costly process. I never felt like I was being used for money or anything along those lines. Very professional! Katie was great and has Incredible knowledge and relationships with the judges in the area. Would highly recommend them!

Katie was a very nice person but when it came time to handling my case she often missed details that ended up costing a lot of money and caused turmoil. I asked for a first right of refusal to be added to my parenting plan but it didn't get added. This should be an easy standard addition. She recommended using a PRE in which case she told me I would front the money and the other party would cover half once the process was over. I ended up covering the entire process which cost over 15k. Had I known that, I would have never put my daughters or myself through this awful process. I would highly recommend doing your research for an attorney that will meet your needs. If you need something basic and easy you might be able to use Katie; anything more complex I would consider searching for someone else. In response to your response: typical fashion for you to divert any responsibility. Best of luck going forward in your practice.

Casey did absolutely nothing for me and had the audacity to charge me $2000 for it.

Katie and the team at Tolison & Williams represented me in a modification of custody case (years after divorce), that expanded into a fight over decision making rights, child support (including the need to impute the other sides income), the use of a Parental Responsibility Evaluator, a full day trial and more. Katie developed clear and concise strategies on how to approach every aspect of the case, how to respond to the actions of and motions filled by opposing counsel and provided great advice and support during the nearly year-long battle. This ensured that not only were we well prepared, but that I was never surprised by what was happening in the case. In the end, Katie secured my time with my child (increase to 50/50), preserved my involvement in his life through maintaining joint-decision making rights, successfully showed underemployment of his other parent, helped preserve my financial ability to provide for my son and the rest of my family, and disproved most, if not all, of the other sides attacks, accusations, and claims. She has shown herself to a be a true professional, advocate, and expert. She achieved no less than 100% of what we sought going into trial and delivered exceptional results. I would recommend anyone who is seeking help with custody issues, decision making rights, protection of financial means to support a family, or any other domestic relations matter, reach out to Katie....I do not believe you will find better.

I spoke to many lawyers in the city and she has got to be the best! She help me get everything in order, and was more concerned about me then money (which is uncommon with lawyers!). I recommend her to anyone!
