I was quite dubious about signing up with, and sending money to, an agency I found online. I could not have been more satisfied with my entire experience. The flat fee that I paid for their services was more than reasonable and I never felt rushed; they answered every question, no matter how many I had ;-) RTG was able to quickly resolve the many tax collection issues I was facing and I'm now looking at a repayment plan to the IRS for a quarter of what I was able to get on my own. Dealing with the IRS is emotional and scary since, as a private citizen, you are at their mercy. I give my enthusiastic, highest recommendation of Reliance Tax Group!
