David is the most wonderful, empathetic immigration in lawyer I have come across! His attention to details, availability and willingness to listen to my fears and concerns cannot be underestimated! David gave me confidence and treated us like friends, no topic was off limits! I can go on and on. If you’re looking for a corrupt law firm, look no further. Claire and her husband Daniel, are in cahoots to work to get domestic violence criminals off the hook. I am a survivor of DV from a multiple-time offender ex who left bruises on me in front of our 3 year old and newborn baby. Justice was not served to my ex- which is wrong on so many levels. Daniel left cryptic notes on my apartment door at a time where retaliation was a high risk. Luckily, I was seeking shelter elsewhere. I cannot imagine another woman who makes money off of working to silence battered women and children. Utterly horrifying.

The process of naturalization in the US can be pretty intimidating and not very transparent, but David will tell you exactly what is possible and what isn’t. When I started gaining information about becoming an US citizen, I felt overwhelmed about the different lawyers and fees until I found David on the official platform of the national bar association (the American Immigration Lawyer Association AILA). David truly made me feel comfortable with honest advice and he was not trying to push or upsell his services, which I appreciated very much. David Asser is the most amazing and helpful Attorney I have ever met. He treated us like family. He was caring, genuine, concerned, and so very helpful. Most importantly, he was honest and straight forward regarding the costs and the case. I would give him more stars if that was possible. He helped my family renew a green card and then become a citizen after the green card had expired due to a mistake made by a different family member. He even went above and beyond by practicing some English with the lady to be sure she was fluent enough to pass the exam. HE DID THAT voluntarily, and at NO additional fee. THANK YOU SO MUCH DAVID!
