Michael was fantastic with my case. He always called me back to answer all my questions. He helped the whole process go more quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend him.

Jane is a very knowledgeable and professional attorney with excellent communication skills. She explained the options and processes in my case in a straight forward manner. Once a course of action was agreed upon, it was carried out swiftly and efficiently. She was always tactful, sensitive and compassionate to the difficulty of my situation. Jane is tenatious and persistent in pursuing justice for her clients.

Janie Cox is a great attorney. We first met back in 08 I think when she was working as a paralegal and I was very impressed with her follow up and researching skills. Once she began to practice, I sought her out for a motion to modify and then followed her when she moved firms. I know everyone says their case is complicated but I judge mine as that, very special, and a 15 year work in progress due to the changing needs of kids. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to her services knowing they would be well cared for but more importantly, if children were involved, they would be considered a priority and protected. I would also like to say that some here have stated that Janie was not aggressive enough. I disagree and think this is more to do with the client not managing their own expectations. If a client were to expect to get remotely close to 100% of what they want out of a divorce then they are either delusional, ignorant of the law, ignorant of the process and its pitfalls, or all of the above.

I was very fortunate to find Michael. He has been extremely helpful. He has gone above and beyond for me. He is not only a wonderful lawyer, but also a genuinely good hearted person. I highly recommend him, if you find yourself in need of an attorney.

Jane is amazing, I moved out of Colorado and had to hire an Attorney in my new State and I miss Jane! I recommend her to my Colorado friends that need a great Attorney!

Jane Cox is an exceptional attorney, who I highly recommend. I hired her for post decree proceedings, namely, a very ugly custody battle. I read a couple of other reviews where previous clients had complained that she was not aggressive enough. This is exactly what I loved about her. Now don't get me wrong, she was able to get me everything that I asked for (and more)! She is brilliant enough to know when and how to fight for her client's needs. She is not some loud mouth blow horn, and because of that, her reputation within her profession is outstanding. Having gone through such a difficult battle with my ex, I understand very well how high emotions run. Jane saw me at my worst and was able to talk me down and convince me that the high road was always the "right path", especially with children involved. She knew which battles to fight aggressively, and which to let just play out, (and let my ex bury himself). Like I stated earlier, she got me more than I asked for, and I highly recommend her!

We never want to need an attorney and yet, we find ourselves in situations that change our lives in an instant. Having gotten sideways with the law, I was lucky enough to find Michael Kossen. His experience and accessibility during the maelstrom of my case helped me cope with the uncertainty and got me the minimum possible sentencing. I didn't expect to get out of my situation completely, but I also expected a lot worse. I got a Dui in Douglas County. After calling a couple other lawyers I decided on Mike Kossen. He treated me respectfully, which is not always how you feel in these types of cases as the courts can be pretty tough. I completed all my requirements for my DUI, and was still on probation. I went to Florida to visit my mom. I borrowed her car and got a ticket for speeding. Under any normal situation it would have been a no biggie, however, I am suppose to have a breathalyzer in my car or my license is not active. Needless to say I got a huge ticket, and a court date for driving without a license. Mike was able to work with the DA and get the charges in Florida dropped! He then proceeded to petition the court for early release from probation. The judge originally said I could be released after 1 year. My probation officer tried after 13 months and I was denied. I got a call from Mike 2 weeks later that I had been granted early release from probation. Its hard when you are in the court system, its not a friendly place to be, and yes sometimes we are making a one time mistake. I would recommend Mike to anyone I know! He kept me sane while going thru this process and he always guided me the best way!

We are out of state in TN so we really had to take a chance on finding an attorney to fight for us when we couldn't be there. We are so happy that we went with Jane B. Cox, her , the staff, etc was all very professional and helpful. Jane was a very compassionate attorney who took the time to get to know the case so she came to court fully prepared. We got the outcome we wanted so I couldn't be happier with her services.

Michael Kossen is an outstanding attorney. When my son got into very serious trouble in Colorado, I searched desperately for the best attorney I could find. From my very first phone conversation with Mr. Kossen, I understood that he is very quick. He grasped the situation completely, and immediately went to work to resolve the matter. Thanks to Mr. Kossen's efforts, my son received probation in a case that could have resulted in more than 50 years in prison. I could not be more pleased with the way he handled my son's case. Mr. Kossen is very smart, conscientious, empathetic but tough, he keeps in touch, and discusses issues fully. Although I know he has many time-consuming cases, I never felt that my son's case was in any way put on the back burner or ignored. Another very nice aspect of Mr. Kossen's firm is his fee arrangement: it is very fair, and there are no surprises. I want to point out that my son is as happy with Mr. Kossen's representation as I am. I highly recommend Mr. Kossen to anyone who may find himself in trouble.

I completed my divorce with Jane. She is kind and like able. However, I don't feel as though the final outcome was 100% of what it should have been because Jane wasn't aggressive enough. Now, I'm finding several gaps in my legal paperwork that are allowing my ex to walk all over me and the kids involved. To make matters worse, I recently found out that she was talking trash about me to my new attorney because of a disagreement that she and I had over billing. I really would have higher professional expectations from someone who makes the amount of money. I am really disappointed in her.
