I had an initial consultation, over the phone, with Elizabeth German and she explained the intricacies of bankruptcy in a clear, concise way. She seemed more knowledgeable than the other lawyers I have talked to. If I decide to proceed with this I will definitely choose her.

We were referred to Robinson and Henry through my husband's work. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the courtesies we were shown at this law firm. We needed a basic will and a trust for our daughter. Bill Henry and his team did a wonderful job explaining all the legalities to us. We felt very confident in our final decisions. We will definitely be using them again if the need ever arises.

I had a consult with Joe Novak in reference to a situation I had . I thought Joe got a great grasp of the situation in a short conversation, and was able to guide me to a resolution that would work for me without having to engage his services unless the situation got further out of control. Thank you Joe

I needed legal assistance regarding a tenant who would not vacate the condo I was renting to him. Robinson and Henry were recommended by two different real estate professionals. Worked with Dane whom was most helpful and explained the entire process and helped us to resolve the situation in the quickest way possible. I was very impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire staff. I would recommend this firm, and Dane in particular, to anyone needing similar assistance and legal representation.

I was very nervous and intimidated about having to retain an attorney for the very first time. I have felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Liz is very knowledgeable and very clear about what was expected of us and, in turn, very quick and responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend her to friends anf family!

We had the pleasure of working with Austin Nelson. He was honest and upfront. Austin was very thorough and helped answer all our questions. He supported and helped us understand through every step of the case. Austin went above and beyond! We couldn’t have asked anyone better to take our case! Thank you, Austin!

I had a client who refused to pay me and one of my partners. Our attorney at Robinson & Henry took this to court and we won! They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Can recommend without hesitation.

Don't waste your time with these clowns. Set up an appointment a week ago. Literally hours before the appointment, they canceled it without any explanation, chance to reschedule, or even having the decency to contact me first.

Initially I was told I had a strong case and encouraged that not many people typically had this much evidence to prove their case. Thousands of dollars and three months later H&R was still negotiating a demand that was supposed to be finalized. This demand letter was initiated in December and we had not yet met a signed contract as of late February due to the other party's delay tactics. I had dozens of phone conference appointments with our attorney, Ms. Jackson. I had to constantly email her to remind her of our scheduled meetings where I would either get a response saying she thought it was at another time or that another attorney was supposed to meet with us. Either way, the excuses were from lack of communication and poor organization. When we spoke with our attorney, it was like she never knew what was going on with our case. She repeatedly asked for different documents and files, evidence that has been uploaded day one. Mind you, they charge per hour so I did not appreciate the lack of insight to our case. Every week it seemed like we had to negotiate an issue that we already thought was finalized, but apparently it is okay to take months to continue with these negotiation tactics. After months of frustration, they had the audacity to say I did not have a case, let alone the strong one they initially stated I had. I was understandably upset because they would not do what I have literally asked thirty times in the last three months for them to do. Every time we spoke, I asked them what was going on and why our case did not seem like a priority. I wasted so much time and money, and sadly the final agreement was not favorable to us with the mounting attorney fees and the time they took to process anything. I was told although the agreement was not ideal, take it or leave it, or walk away from this entire mess. I cannot even believe my attorney gave me the advice to walk away with no outcome. The only reassurances I received was that I can hire another lawyer if the defendent pulled out of the deal. Well great, another one to two years of attorney fees. I can prove an auto dealership lied about fixing my car with inspections done by multiple mechanics, but they think that is not enough proof. Finally I had enough and I asked someone to step in that was above our lawyer. I was told by Mr Chandler that my attorney and I must have been "talking passed each other." They could not seem to understand my frustration that the defendent just continued to ask for more time every week, manipulating my high priced attorney. Not sure how that could be happening unless my attorney did not care about our timeline, goals, and/or was too busy to listen. After our contract was terminated we were left with 4K in attorney fees with no resolution. If I were you I would recommend another firm. I did warn my attorney this auto dealer was deceiving and all the defendent did was rack up my attorney fees by delaying each negotiation. I will end up paying another 5K just to have to hire another firm because this firm did whatever they wanted. I specifically said I was trying to have my case moved out of small claims and hire an attorney to move it to district court. Let me just sum it up. It started out promising with a positive outcome presumed and ended with me losing everything. I just wanted justice and my day in court. I am unsure why my attorney did not see what was going on but even if she just listened, I literally told her this would happen and I gave her a month time frame on the demand letter. I hired her to do a job and was manipulated out of my savings instead.  Research your firm. Update: After months of anguish about the matter, I was awarded a 5K credit and promised my 5K retainer, which ended up being only about 3300 after they billed me again. I filed a financial dispute and Mr. McBee was not a friendly voice in accounting and continued to argue with me over the case. I thought this would have been an easy case to win; however, the only losing party was their clients.

Website lists my problem do I scheduled a meeting. At the very start of the meeting I was told they can’t help me, this meeting should have been an email. Then, I keep getting spam emails reminding me to schedule an appointment for a consultation. I have no idea the quality of their legal representation, but am unimpressed with their intake process.
