I was told I'd be making a one time payment. Now they've started working, they keep heckling me to refill the retainer. Finish the job and leave me alone!

Ok it takes a very great experience for me to write a review. I have never been treated so well. Bill is without a doubt one of the finest and most outstanding individuals I ever dealt with. I have several businesses and have had some serious situations. Bill has done an amazing job working on each and every issue with outstanding results. Without Bills help the outcome could have been devastating to my family and my future. I credit my success and future success to his advice and professional opinion. I would recommend anybody that needs legal help to visit bill and his staff.

I was days late completing our contract and getting in payment as a new client. Bailee didn't know me and could have been frustrated and suspicious that I wasn't getting the job done. Unknown to me, I was failing because our credit card company blocked the payment. They were suspicious and had sent out a fraud alert. It took hours before we realized why our card wasn't working. In all that time, as emails were flying back and forth between Bailee and me, she was consistently courteous and helpful. She was ever the professional.

Although I did not yet sign any contract yet with a lawyer due to my situation , I was actually referred to them by a good friend and others have told me only great things. The customer service from Mat was amazing. It was clear and honest and straight to the point. If my situation doesn’t go in my favor during my case I definitely am going to get them on board I just know this is the company that would have your back and be side by side fighting for you. WORST LAW FIRM!! Terrible experience with this firm. The Jr attorney who handled my case called me from his car and we were disconnected several times (all of which I was billed for) He called me and emailed unnecessarily on several occasions just to be able to bill me. Then I get added fees for court costs and an added 1k in fees in total!!! You e file with the courts and still charge for postage?? Seems like a rip off to me. Tried to speak with accounting, can’t hear a word he is saying, I ask him three times to speak up. Asked what the additional court fees were for and got the run around. Ask him about being over charged court fees. He can’t help. he said I need to send in copies highlighted with what I think is wrong and they will get back to me. So it will drag on and I will be charged late fees? I understand attorneys are expensive but this is out right taking advantage of people. And if that wasn’t bad enough as soon as the case was over the laywer asked for 5 star review. There are far better lawyers with more reasonable pricing. Think twice before hiring this firm.

It has taken me awhile to finally sit down and write this review, I hardly ever write them but I must tell everyone about Robinson & Henry, it is a FANTASTIC firm! More specifically the reason for this review is a very special attorney who is so unbelievably real, completely understanding and who spoke to us like people, Mr. Robert Hadlow! Rob has been paramount in helping us with an over-reaching and completely out of line HOA board. Rob helped us to see reason and calm down, which by no means was an easy task to accomplish, and he managed to get a small know-it-all HOA to see that they had made a critical error. Both sides walked away satisfied. Who ever thought that could even be possible?? Rob is incredibly gifted, he has the ability to see both sides and understand the issues. He knows the laws, rules, regulations and he knows HOA's. He knew in our case that our HOA president has a bit of an ego, no problem, he deals with those types all the time, and worse. We honestly will never be able to thank Rob enough! The HOA stays well clear of us now and they pick on the other neighbors. They know their time is up at the next Homeowners meeting, but it took Rob letting us know all of our rights as members of the community, without him, we may have stayed living under their tyranny for goodness knows how long!
