It's so easy in the midst of conflict to allow emotions to take over... at least it is for me. Don Eby listens. Then he responds with facts and wisdom. His professional demeanor and straightforward approach are greatly appreciated. The staff at Robinson & Henry are the best too!

Mr. Don Eby received out case in a bit of a hurry but he got to work as soon as possible. He did an amazing job and got the outcome we all wanted! Highly recommend the Robinson & Henry Law Firm, they were all so nice and it was no hassle to communicate with anyone about something so important.

This law firm charged us for everything. Didn't keep us informed or updated at all. Trevor the accounting guy was rude and demeaning. They did nothing after a year to further the case. When we quit and went to a new lawyer, they charged for things they already charged for. I objected but it didn't matter. It took them 7 weeks to return the little bit of the retainer left. We were never kept informed and were charged for phone calls asking what was going on. Steve Whitmore has no compassion. Mark Fenton tried at first but caved and went the way of the firm. Cost 27,500 and never got anywhere close to a settlement. They told us a settlement wasn't possible yet our new lawyer got a settlement in 2 hours. Our new lawyer took a flat rate. This is a terrible firm. Run. They just want every bit of your money and to get you in debt so they can charge for everything and do nothing. Terrible experience when you are going through a hard time. They make it much harder.

James Townsend is very nice and caring about his clients and their needs! He is very knowledgeable and on top of the case. Through a very hard situation he made me feel taken care of! Thank you!

One star, because zero stars is not an option. I watched these people take over three grand from my girlfriend and literally did nothing for her case. All they ever did was gripe about her sworn financial statement, and made no effort in the court room to help her get more time with her daughter. Do not hire these people!

We engaged Dane Mueller and Kayla Banzali with Robinson & Henry, P.C. to evict a tenant from a property we own in Castle Rock, Colorado. Both attorneys were very prepared, answered all our questions and handled a very adversarial situation professionally. I recommend them highly.

Joe Brown with Robinson & Henry PC is a top notch attorney and provided excellent legal counsel through a complex child support issue I was facing. Not only did his superior analytical and negotiation skills prevail, he was also able to help minimize recurring costs. I used James Townsend for some legal work and am very satisfied with the results and with his legal acumen. James is the perfect combination of mediator and bulldog. His first goal is to find common ground with the opposing party to save everyone time and money, but he is fully prepared to go to court if needed. I would absolutely use him again.

Please don't waste your time and money dealing with these incompetent, fraudulent posers. These guys will milk you for all your worth. They saw I had money in my bank account and made the case litigious so they could get extra money. In addition when the judge asked for final degree on the 3rd of the month they couldn't type up a 5 page document that I could have done myself but it took them 20 days to do it. SO they could go to court to rack up extra billing hours. So don' t depend on these guys looking out for your best interest but rather they want your money! I hope you have a lot of it!!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$.
