We have a house in Castle Rock which is in our name. Our son and his family live in the house and he is to pay the mortgage. He has defaulted, several times. On November 7, 2016, our son called us regarding a loan default law suit against us. We had never been involved in a law suit of any sort. We were completely blind-sided. Being very elderly and in eastern Nebraska, we were so thankful the firm took our case. Andrew Kurpanek became our attorney. Since then Andrew has gone to court on our behalf, communicated with us and our attorney daughter, and with the plaintiff's counsel. Eventually, through Andrew's efforts, the plaintiffs asked for and were granted a dismissal. We are indeed grateful to have Andrew as our attorney. I went to this firm for a review of some legal documents. They edited a little more than a paragraph and charged me for 2.5 hours of work. They charged twice as much as they should have. I can only imagine what they charge for real legal work. I would not recommend them.
