As I am currently going through a divorce and custody battle , Mr. Charles (Charley) Gibson has made sure I’ve felt comfortable throughout the whole process. When there have been things I don’t quite understand, he’s really taken the time to explain it to a point where I do understand. You can definitely tell that he puts his best interest in the clients he works with, and makes sure to explain all of the ins and outs of how things will work! While I cannot comment directly on his ability as a litigator ( I do know his success rate is exceptional) , I can provide some insight into the person who would be representing you in one of the most stressful and emotional times of your life. I found CNL during a trying time when my ex-husband filed a motion to essentially eliminate all of my parenting time with my child with no valid grounds for this request. He also requested that child support be re-evaluated. Gina worked tirelessly dealing with opposing counsel to fight for me and my rights as a mother. By the end of it, my ex- husband ended up accepting the offer we presented which kept the parenting time just the way it already was and child support at the bare minimum.
