After receiving an absurd assessment for a piece of property we own, we hired Tom Downey to assist us with our tax valuation protest. Through several rounds of appeals, Tom guided us with his expertise. We were finally able to settle our valuation at a fair and equitable figure. We would highly recommend Tom to any entity dealing with property tax issues.

Matt is a true professional, skilled at his practice and personable in his dealings with clients. From my first phone conversation, to my first sit-down meeting, to my ongoing correspondence, Matt put my concerns to rest and pledged to bring my issue to a satisfactory resolution.
