I filed a bankruptcy through Allstate Law and it ended up getting dismissed as I didn't get the filing fee paid in time which I agree is my fault. However the Court asked my attorney to prove why he should keep all my money and he lied in the paperwork and there was no way I could defend myself. I tried calling his office more than once and had to leave messages every time with no call back. I don't know how you sleep at night I will definitely never use you all again!

I chose Allstate Law Center to represent me in Chapter 7 in 2019. Bankruptcy can be intimidating but they helped make the process as painless and seamless as possible. Everyone I interacted with, paralegals and attorneys, were responsive and very kind. Emails and phone calls were returned in a timely fashion, and any hesitations or doubts I had were thoroughly addressed. Thank you for helping me through this and getting my finances back on track!

Hired this company. And I ended up having to cancel my BK because I am moving.They said a refund would be sent however it's been well over a month and no one will return my calls. I have called multiple times and left multiple messages.

I am still in process of getting my bankruptcy filed, but this firm has worked with me to get everything accomplished. Always been very nice and helpful whenever I called with questions and problems. Worked with me on getting fee payments budgeted, refined when I had a change in income. Never made to feel bad about my financial circumstances, always supportive.

I went through Allstate Law Center to file bankrupcy for myself and my wife. They worked out affordable payments for me to get the fees and everything needed for filing covered. Everyone was friendly and helpful regardless of who answered the phone or my emails. They were patient with what felt like our 50,000 questions about everything. They truly assisted us with getting a fresh start and I am very grateful for all of their help. I highly recommend them. They took something imposing and mildly scary and made it easier then taking a walk. Thanks!
