Lawrence is an amazing attorney!!! They were thorough and continued to help me after I filed due to tax issues. Great experience with this company! Thank you all so much. 12/6/19 I had to bring the review down. The lawyer previously working my case made the effort to get my tax refund back. When I called in to check he was no longer working there. I have called numerous times to see what was going on; all while being assured that they were working on it. I haven't heard back since. I know this is not Allstate Law Centers top priority, however they said they would help me...

Completely incompetent. Due to negligence on the attorney not paying attention to the filing date cost me an additional $7000 on top of over $2200 in the fees paid to the attorney. This could have been prevented if the attorney had filed the bankruptcy correctly but since they are an incompetent organization I had pay an additional $7000 since it wasn't filed correctly on time. I would advised avoiding this firm at all costs because they don't do what you are paying them to do.

Doesn’t even deserve a star! There is no amount of damage control that can be done for this. Unprofessional and rude. Quick to rush and cut you off when speaking. This firm lacks compassion and professionalism! Does not truly care about they clients! Does NOT do what they promise. The only promise is you are left holding the bag. Run don’t walk away ! Poor follow up, poor customer service. I should have listened to my initial instincts. Lesson learned!

I found all state on accident. I am so glad I did. The process of bankruptcy can be scary. They were able to do payment plans with me and helped stop all the phone calls from creditors. Very helpful with answering all of my questions. Thankful that I found them and that might bankruptcy is now complete.

My husband and myself had the best experience with Allstate Law Center. Very kind and helpful people. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. Prompt response. If ever I am in need of an Attorney I will definitely call Allstate first.

Call someone else. These guys will not let you speak to an attorney. You only get a receptionist who runs back and forth to the attorney. And the receptionist does not understand anything and will not let you explain your situation to anyone else. Many great lawyers out there, these are not them! To ad to the BS response they posted, I contacted a actual lawyer and was done and discharged in 3 months. Something these guys said I could not do, all because you cant speak to an actual attorney, just a receptionist that has no clue! If you need a referral for the best in the biz let me know. 35 years experience in CO and quick and easy and the man is like he has the complete law book in his head!

Rob Salter was amazing. We had a very intricate situation and he was always on top of it. He personally answered his phone and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I was never handed off to an assistant. Rob always treated us with respect and compassion. I highly recommend Rob Salter and Allstate Law Center, they did a fantastic job!

Allstate Law Center has given my wife and I hope! We were over $100,000 in debt and Allstate Law Center has made our bankruptcy process as easy and friendly as it could possibly be. I want to give a special thank you to Jennifer in the legal department for always being willing to jump in and answer any questions or help in any way possible. She is an asset to this company. In addition, our attorney Robert was very friendly and very knowledgeable and made us feel more comfortable then we expected to with this process. 5 stars!!!!! UPDATE 3/11/2019 I am amending my review. Today I had an interaction on the phone with Jennifer that completely changed my opinion of her and of Allstate Law Center. Today she attempted to charge me fees that are not listed in my signed paperwork, she admitted in a phone call last month when I brought this up to her that they really need to update their paperwork and she admitted that I was overcharged in my payment last month and offered to refund the overcharged amount to me at that point. I declined the refund and requested that she apply the overcharged amount to my final months payment which was due today, March 11th, 2019. When I called in to make my final payment, and keep in mind my wife and I have been making payments for seven months and have never missed a payment and have never been late, Jennifer swears that we never had the conversation we had last month and she said that it was not documented. She basically retracted everything that she said last month and again told me that I owe these mystery fees that are not listed in my contract. I have contacted my attorney with these details and have given Allstate an opportunity to address this situation. If it is not addressed by the end of today as bankruptcies are an extremely timely affair, I will be forced to contact the Colorado Bar Association and to further amend my review to a one star review. UPDATE 3/11/2019 I was just contacted by Sandy from Allstate Law Center who was very kind and very professional. She stated that she was made aware of the situation with Jennifer and she was stepping in to solve the situation. She agreed to charge me the remainder of the correct amount that we owe, and explained to me that the fees were actually to reimburse the law firm for paying my court costs upfront by removing money from a trust fund that actually cost them money to do. Sandy has restored my faith in this business and she was an extreme professional. I am very grateful to her for having stepped in.

I was impressed with Allstate Law Center from the start. From their excellent customer service to the sincere interest the professional and legal staff took in my case, they made this an easy and seamless experience. I highly recommend Allstate Law Center to anyone that is in need of getting a new financial start in life!
