Run away, don’t file here. The phone tree will never let you talk to a human and it is impossible to get attorneys to return your calls or email.

I've been calling and sending letters and it's been a few months. Worst attorneys ever I'm filing a complaint

I am so frustrated at this point. The only assets we have to liquidate are 3 firearms, and after 2 years we are still fighting to get our case closed. They have been doing nothing but just SITTING on our case. Their Trustee has been retired, but they still have him handling our case. I had called , and emailed them throughout the last year...... but It wasn't until I got an attorney of my own to file for divorce that they finally put anything into action! It most likely won't be another few months until they sell them and close our case, and I can finally begin rebuilding my life again! By then, it would be almost 3 years since we filed. And it's been a year since it was discharged! Such a waste of my time.

DONT GO HERE! I had a great experience there 3 years ago. Recommended my mom to go here, and these people don’t answer! Calls or emails! My mom is stopping by the actual office demanding a refund. Will update as soon as that’s done.

Allstate Law Center is a complete scam.I paid them in full June of 2020 For my bankruptcy. It got put on hold Due to covid, Surgeries I had. Since March Of 2022 I have religiously reached out Like numerous of times in the past couple years to talk to somebody It takes weeks For them to call you back.June 27th I Personally went down to their office Again which This time I went to the building manager Told her what was going on She informed me Allstate Law Center Was still renting the office space ,Got her keys went inside Only to find they emptied it out and left in the middle of the night.I Made some phone calls and had it confirmed that Daniel Adams license was and is suspended And Rob Salters is misinforming the clients as to what is going on I am now in the process of filing a case towards them For Miss representation.

I have been a client with all state law for over year now they still have not filed my case I try calling no answer leave messages no answer text no reply emails no reply for me they are not worth the trouble I paid all this money and nothing is being done i guess they don't care about there clients

Paid them to help with bankruptcy over 2 years ago, they took my money and lied about helping me out. Kept getting told by multiple employees of the business that someone would call me. After a year of them not getting back to me I tried going to their business address to find out they were behind $15000 is rent and an eviction notice was on their door. Now they are dodging all my phone calls. Go somewhere else, Allstate Law Center is a scam.

UPDATE: still no luck with getting someone on the phone I was able to get in contact with some guy from the law firm who said they just needed 2 additional documents, I sent the documents he stated he needed and now can’t get him back on the phone! It is ridiculous that this is how they are choosing to conduct business after already bring paid off! I will now be looking into getting a lawyer for this matter and will be contacting the better business bureau as of today…..over it! I have been trying to contact them for a week in regards to the next steps after getting all my documents sent in and have heard nothing back. I have left messages and emailed

Allstate Law was supposed to help me file Bankruptcy. I was set up on a payment plan for about 1200.00. Which I payed in full. I then had a relative pass away out of State and needed to handle the obligations.. I did have to put my filling on hold and let them know. They said come back when your ready your payed up and ready to go.Well it ended up I was able to pay for what I owed to my creditors and no longer needed to file for Bankruptcy. I called then to ask for my money back they said there were some fees involved and would get back to me on the rest that could be returned. Only talked to one person once!!! And in a month haven't heard back from them at all.. Thinking small claims court on this one, Stay away from this Firm!! A bunch of Smoke and Mirrors, Tell you one thing then do another. But will gladly take your hard earned Money!!!

Well this is probably the scariest most embarrassing thing I've ever had to do. Everyone there was absolutely amazing. Especially Lauren who would answer questions on the weekend after hours and I had lots of questions these are the most amazing honest professional people in the industry but I can think of. I hope I never have to go through it again but if I ever do it's good to know there's going to be there.

My son hired this firm to handle his bankruptcy last year. They required a deposit which he paid. A few months later before the firm filed the bankruptcy my son tragically passed away. I have been trying to get the money he paid refunded to help pay for the services and funeral expenses. It has been WEEKS and they have not acted. It took me a month to get an actual person on the phone. She told me that I needed to send in the death certificate, which I did. Still nothing, no response to email or calls. I repeatedly tried to call and left messages that stated that I would get a call back in within 24 hours. I never received a call back. Another month went by before I got someone on the phone again. The lady was very rude on the phone and said she has been out of town and could not call me back. She put an attorney on the phone who said he had to do some research and would call me the next day. Big surprise, I did not get a call back from him either. About 3 days later I got a email stating they would have to do a final billing to determine how much of the money I would get back. (something about fees). The email said they would send it the next day. It has been a week and still nothing. If I could give this business zero starts I would. It is hard enough to lose a family member but for a business to take advantage of that and try to profit let alone leave a grieving mother hanging is reprehensible! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
