I contacted this firm as someone who had no idea how bankruptcy worked. I spent close to 2 hours on that first call. They answered all my questions and explained the process. I decided to go with this firm based on that initial call. For close to 4 years they worked with me to make sure that my case completed with the results I desired. Every call and every email was answered within a day or two and they were always professional. I won't bore you with details of the case, because each one is different. I will mention that you get what you pay for. This is an expensive firm, but it was 100% worth the expense. The last thing I want to say is read everything they send you. If you don't understand something in the contract, then ask for clarification.

I was coming into this situation with little to no experience, information or what the right this was to do. They were very helpful with answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. They helped me every step of the way, were in contact with me all hours of the day to answer any of my questions and they helped through the entire process from the first day, to the very last. They even called me before my court hearing to prep me, answer questions and assist with anything I needed. I couldn’t of asked for a better company to represent me. This company is very professional, friendly, informative and extremely helpful. They set my mind at ease, were judgement free and attentive for everything. Highly recommend to anyone!

I recommend this law firm to anyone who is going through a bankruptcy I recently went through one and it was a very scary process for me at the beginning. However All State Law made it very easy, I worked with Lauren she was available by text any time that I needed her and she was very caring and considerate as well as fast and efficient when it came to anything that I needed. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs a bankruptcy attorney.

This process was new to me and this firm made sure that I thoroughly understood each step. They were super helpful whenever a question came up that I did not understand. Honestly, I hesitated filing because I wasn't sure about the process and if a lawyer would listen to me. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with each step. Mister Robert Salter, the consumate professional who navigated us through the rough waters of our chapter 13 filing. He made it all seem like a piece of cake. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one is simply because of the lawyers who were kind at the beginning. I do not recommend sending your money here at all. They do not respond in a timely manner. Took me 2 weeks of calling twice a day every day to finally get someone to answer the phone, and yes I left voicemails and even text messages. We were no longer in need of their services as to personal reasons that I will not disclose. I spoke with Kathy on the phone once someone answered me, she then began to stick her nose where it legally does not belong. Please please please find somewhere else to send your legal needs. The accountants are rude, unknowledgeable and at the end of the day they just want a bigger paycheck. Supposed to take 10 days for them to get me a small portion of what is owed to me, will update in 10 days.

My husband and I hired this company to file our bankruptcy. We had left messages after messages of trying to get ahold of the accountant. After getting ahold of her until ing her that we would like a refund. That we are going to repair credit instead of filing bankruptcy she gets aggressively mad and asks why are we not filing bankruptcy??? We paid $1300 for the bankruptcy 400 for filing fee. We ask the accountant to let us speak with the lawyer because our circumstances had changed. I had started a new business I had got a new car had got new credit cards. So that is why we needed to speak with a lawyer. Got no phone calls from nobody. So days go by and I send out a check for $300 thinking that I will be happy with this. I would not recommend nobody to this company their complete rip off. This company will be reported to the BBB.

They were super with helping me thru all parts of my bankruptcy. Answered all my questions either in phone or email. Recommend them.
