Filing for bankruptcy is never an easy decision. So many questions, so much anxiety. Finding the right law firm is a crucial for success when filing. There are so many things to take into consideration and so many nuances to bankruptcy law. I feel so lucky that we found Wagner Law Office. Todd and his team were absolutely incredible! Prior to meeting with Todd, we had consultations with two other firms. The other firms were pushy and dismissive. They never really reviewed all our options and weren’t willing to explain things. Meeting with Todd was completely different! He was friendly, easy-going, and welcoming. He made us feel at ease and helped lower our anxiety. He listened to our story and never made any judgments. He was focused on finding a solution to help us. The firm’s prices are reasonable and fair. Since we were at a place where we had to file bankruptcy, we were tight on money. Todd allowed us to make payments and was never demanding or pressured us to pay more than we could. Throughout the process we often had questions or just needed a little reassurance. Todd and his team always answered our emails or calls. We never waited more than 24 hours for a response from anyone on his team. We met with Todd multiple times before and after we filed. Each time he was friendly and personable. When it was our time to go to court, Todd was there. He arrived early and attempted to ease our anxiety. Again, he answered all our questions and ensured we felt prepared. While we waited for our court appointment, many other attorneys arrived to meet their clients. Half of them appeared to be meeting their clients for the first time. It was reassuring that Todd knew us and the ins and outs of our case. Our court appearance went smoothly! We had no issues and all of our paperwork was perfect. We cannot recommend Todd and his team enough!

When my wife first met Todd, she was already comfortable in talking with him because of his casualness in his attire and down to earth attitude. He is passionate in what he does which makes the process less intimidating. Todd helped us feel at ease. Emily and Andrea both reply emails promptly. He was respectful and gave instructions clearly. He was up front with our case and explained expectations, strategies and possible results that may take place. We definitely recommend Todd!!

Very Professional and knowledgeable!

I hope that I will never have to file bankruptcy again. But if I do, I will definitely use Todd as my attorney. He very professional, punctual and laid back. Todd went above and beyond for me. He found out that my disability check was being garnished and told me that is against the law to do that. It didn't take long for Todd to get back the money that was taken from me. I can't forget about his wonderful staff that he treats so well. Great office, great experience!
