Todd and his staff are excellent! They made a very difficult time for me as easy as it could have been. They were professional, knowledgeable and truly cared about us as people! Everything happened along the way just as he said it would and we are far better off today for going through the process when we did. It was a huge relief at the time because as soon as we started the process, his staff took over everything and we were able to gain some piece of mind again! As a matter of fact, 6 year later his staff helped me obtain my mortgage loan by helping my loan officer understand the bankruptcy law the loan officer didn't understand. Without their help, I'm not sure we would have gotten our house! They took time out of their day, 6 years later to help me out, I can't say enough about these people!! I've also referred a few people over the years to Todd and his staff and every one of them were just as pleased as I was. I'd gladly refer Wagner Law Office to anyone who is in need of their services!

Never in my life did I ever think I would have to file bankruptcy...but when I found out CHAFA had messed up my file and my house was going to public sale the next day I had no choice. I contacted Todd's office at 12:35 p.m. spoke with his staff and explained my situation. They immediately scheduled an appointment that afternoon to squeeze me in so that I could file in time. I have been in the legal industry for over 20 years and I have come across many attorneys...none as amazing as Todd !! He made me feel at ease, explained everything in that 1st visit and filed in time to save my home !! Since it was so quick his staff was amazing in getting all the documents necessary and reminding me of payments when they were due. I have never been in their office and waited for more than a minute before someone assisted me and any questions I have are immediately answered. More important Todd and his staff don't make you feel like a deadbeat, rather they are very professional, respectful and most of all... compassionate !! They all know their stuff and make you feel at ease during what is normally a very hard time and you feel as if everything is taken care of...because it is!! I have recommended Todd to all my friends, because like many of the self centered, egotistic, narcissistic attorneys I have known over the past 20 years, Todd certainly does not fall into this category. Thanks Todd and your great staff for making this experience much easier to handle and deal with. !!!

Todd and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly warm during a very stressful time. They took what could have been an overwhelming and frightening situation and helped make it possible to work through, relieving the almost insurmountable stress with a bit of humor and a lot of helpful information and guidance.
