We did our due diligence and shopped around to find the right attorney to represent my 24 year old daughter against a DWAI charge. In the end we chose Josh McDowell. The choice was a great one. Josh took the time to get to know my daughter and to map out a plan that was right for her and her particular situation. In the end, charges were dismissed and the outcome was all we could have hoped for! Josh is a true professional and a good man! I would highly recommend him.

I owe alot to Josh McDowell and his integrity and professionalism put into his work. This man helped me out when I thought all hope was lost in my mind. The McDowell law firm is great. Very friendly to their clients and no judgement by them. They will fight for you until the end. I was facing 7 charges to include Domestic violence as of September 23rd the District Attorney wanted a conviction of domestic violence . I'm in the military and can't be charged with domestic violence. Josh McDowell fought this case from October 2016 until May 12th 2017. He got all charges dropped 1st day of trial except 3 second day he beat the domestic violence with all 6 jurors having a not guilty verdict. Josh is a straight shooter he will not BS you through your tough time. He has past experience as a DA so knows the prosecution side and a great defense attorney. He has a lot of knowledge in law and easy to talk to.

I recently hired Joshua Mcdowell to represent me on a DUI case. Mcdowell went above and beyond to get me a better than ideal outcome. He has continued to help me post sentencing and is always quick to respond to any questions that I have. I have no doubt that my case's outcome is solely based on the hard work of Mr. McDowell. Josh pretty much tell you straight forward and that's it no drama , he deals with it with lighten fast speed and keeps you inform , before I knew it my case is over and done and gotten a 100 times better result then I ever began to hope for. He will not threaten you to into retaining he's services. If he's taking your case , you will not be able to find a better lawyer at any price.

Recently I had my first ever criminal charge levied against me...four misdemeanors associated with domestic violence. I was largely ignorant of the realities of the criminal justice process and what, in general, lay in store for me. All I knew for certain was that I didn't seem to have anyone helping me, my set-in-stone rights seemed to be subjective and negotiable, and most of what I'd seen on TV was complete BS. It was an extremely scary time in my life. I started researching and interviewed multiple attorneys to assist my cause. We've all heard the lawyer jokes...my perceptions of attorneys were somewhat jaded and, as I learned, inaccurate. When I met with Josh from the McDowell Law Firm, I knew I'd found my attorney. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, no BS, and I really felt like he was shooting me straight and not giving me a sales pitch. Based on my experiences, it is absolutely critical that, for your BEST defense, you choose an attorney who has prior experience as a District Attorney. Josh has that experience...he knew the prosecution side and the defense side...he knew how they would fight their fight and, as such, how he would best fight my fight. On day 1 Josh told me two things...1) Don't worry...that's his job now and 2) this is how I think your case will go. My case went...literally...EXACTLY...to the letter...how he said it would on day 1. He just had that level of experience and industry know-how. When I would ask questions throughout the process he would immediately provide answers and site specific precedence from specific cases by name. No go-backs to look it up...he just knew it cold. My case ended up not even going to trial because he was able to get me a full dismissal of all charges to include a sealing of all records. Every case will be different, but for me...it's like it never even happened. I can't say enough good things about Josh and his team at McDowell Law Firm. He helped me in one of the most difficult times of my entire life. The criminal justice system is complicated and intimidating and, I felt, oddly disrespecting of my rights. Josh turned those tables and was my knowledgeable advocate and ally throughout the process and at the end of the day got me exactly what I was hoping for. I hope to God I never need the services of an attorney again, but if I do, Josh will be my first call.

After getting my first DUI I was very scared, but McDowell was so comforting that he put my mind at ease. Though I could have been punished far worse (1 year in jail, $2,000 fine) I followed Mr. McDowell's advice every step of the way and he was able to get an amazing deal from the DA that kept me from serving jail time. Josh McDowell is an experienced professional with a demeanor that can bring even the most frantic back to reality. He will work with you not only on his [surprisingly reasonable] lawyer fees in a payment plan, but also on what your priorities are to get you the most agreeable results possible. On top of all that, he responded within hours when I asked him a question about my case *years* after the case was effectively closed. I imagine that kind of dedication to client peace of mind is hard to come by in any field, much less in this one.

I used Mr. Graham for my divorce as a military officer. The parenting plan he wrote up was very vague and caused contention between me and my ex. This contention led me to file for a parenting modification with very complicated issues. Mr. Graham did not listen to some of my concerns and opinions and dismissed them. This caused me to lose in court and the judge to rule against me. I spent over $5K for nothing after him telling me this was pretty much an easy case and I would get more time with my kids. He missed a lot of key points and let the other attorney dominate in court. I have no doubt Mr. Graham knows the law but seems to do what he wants rather than what you want. I would suggest shopping around, better attorneys out there
