Just finished out my case with Joe Prieksat and it couldn’t have gone better. When I first got hit and was in the hospital Joe made the effort to come to my hospital room for the consultation which I’ve never seen anyone do. It’s been a long, over 2 year process with COVID making significant delays however, Joe always was on top of things and always kept me in the loop every step of the way. Cari on his team was amazing, very comforting and personable as well. If I could give them over 5 stars I would. 10/10 would recommend!

I couldn't have asked for a greater team that worked on my case. I never had to worry about anything. If I ever had any questions they were prompt to answer me. The end results were so satisfying. I would recommend them over and over again. Thank you for everything you did for me!!

Years ago, I had been injured at work, made calls on my lunch and Mcdivitt was the only one at 1-2 pm who answered the phones. They were amazing very professional and I got a fair settlement. ( Had another firm return my message 6 months later, the rest never called). I ALWAYS recommend Mcdivitt.

I'll start by saying that I've never had a legal team or lawyer before so this experience was definitely new. With that being said, I'm beyond satisfied with the services provided! Tony and Lamesia were amazing! I was always kept up to date, the communication was great. Tony was very to the point and super informative. I really liked how he explained processes and kept things real with me. Hopefully I'm never in the same situation again where I need an attorney but if I do, I'm definitely going back to these people. Considering the Pandemic, things moved along rather quick. Thanks again for everything! I got a bit more than I thought 😊
