Carl and team did a great job with my case. They were responsive to my needs, very communicative along the way, and I feel like they did everything they could to get me the largest settlement possible. It was also good for me to have people working on my behalf so that I could have minimal disruption to my life and focus on recovering from my injuries. There was an incident Friday that I couldn't do this I have cracked ribs and it's hard for me to breathe and walk I can't do this alone I have no family and everybody I love our dad I had no choice but to get him an attorney and I believe they can do it situation was a truck I'm a pedestrian walking the street walking crosswalk I had to run away in the truck hit me in my back punching me 12 feet up in the air and 15 to 25 ft across,, they're helping me with my medical medication and everything that they have to do and honestly I'm no longer afraid I'm leaving my life in their house I have no choice but I trust them than anything, I know for a fact I made the right decision I'm not going to back down it is what it is so anybody at the law firm thank you and God bless. 😘

I was recently in an accident and thought I was at a total loss after somebody hit my “moms” car while I was driving it, but McDivitt put my mind at ease and made sure I was taken care of the right way. I want to first say thank you McDivitt and then I want to say if you don’t know what to do or who to call, call McDivitt. They are professional, sweet, and everything a law firm should be.

The personal injury portion of my case went very smoothly and and quick. It was only when I looked into the workman comp side and started asking questions when things started happening. I just did not have any idea what was going on with the workman comp case. I still don't really know what happened with it just the settlement. All in all it was a decent experience. Just wish I would have had more information along the way.
